Intro

This is my take on the series if it was currently under Marvel Studios. I think the reboot will be good, but not perfect.

Plot Ideas.

The Amazing Spider-Man - 7 films

Film 1
Villains - Chameleon and Mysterio
Plot: Mysterio comes to New York and stages a large-scale alien invasion, all the while Chameleon poses as Spider-man tainting his career, making it sem he's out doing crime when he's needed with Mysterio. Mysterio has a lot of potential for epic scenes since he can pretty much stage anything. Spidey will get lead to his lair which will be a lot of intricate rooms including a demented carnival. Something inspired by the Spot, and a room where spidey thinks he's 6 inches tall and loses his powers. The reason Chameleon and Mysterio lead a smear campaign is that they try to prove a point that someone like Spider-man doesn't fit in this world that in the end all we care about is ourselves and no one is different. Throughout the film Curt Connors, Gwen, Norman and Harry, and Otto Octavius will be introduced and developed, with the most focus on Connors and his lizard formula and Kingpin and Hammerhead will at least be mentioned while Norman does deals with him behind the scenes. Mj will come in towards the end with her same comic appearance. Peter is a year to graduating in college.

Film 2
Villains - Kraven and Lizard
Plot - Dr. Connors formula turns on him and he becomes the Lizard, with enough character developement for you to care for him. Kraven hears word of this and is excited to hunt his new game. He is even more delighted when he finds Spidey. There will be shots of him hunting game barehanded in Africa. These vilains should prvoide epic sewer fights and the kraven, spidey, lizard scenes will go down in history. Throughout the films Spidey will construct a formula to reverse the effects of the lizard-formula. Kingpin and Hammerhead will be seen as Norman doesn't come through with his part of the deal. At Osborne industries he begins work on the Goblin formula. When Captain Stacy attempts to interfere with Kraven, he is dramatically killed. When Kraven snaps towards the end, he strips spidey of his costume and buries him after shooting him. The film has a very climatic and claustrophobic end as Spidey slowly goes unconscious and tries to fight his way out but is unsuccessful. Peter misses his College graduation and date afterwards with Gwen because of it and ends the film with a cliffhanger. Alex and Flint Marko are introduced as Petty criminals and Otto is developed. Eddie Brock is introduced + developed.

Film 3
Villains - Green Goblin, Rhino and Sandman as small villains
Plot - Peter awakes and its revealed he was shot with a tranquilizer and fights his way out of his grave. Norman becomes the Green Goblin and terrorizes New York mostly because of his mob deceptions. Kraven dons the Spiderman costume and seeing as he finally defeats spider-man and is better at his job than Peter, he takes his life in a moment of peace. Peter doesn't stop him as he knew Kraven wasn't going try anything now that he defeated him. Kingpin makes Marko and Alex supervillains to kill GG, but its an epic fail. Gwen Stacy dies in a very tragic ending, leaving us all feeling for Peter. In a rage, Peter nearly kills GG. Seemingly dying, GG flies off and is never seen again. Throughout the movie Peter is jobless and struggling, but in the only moment of joy, Peter receives a letter of acceptance as an intern at a local lab towards the end. Otto is also developed here. Mac Gargan is introduced.

Film 4
Villain: Doctor Octopus
Plot: Otto falls in love with a fellow worker, but his mother doesn't approve and he end the relationship brokenhearted. When he finds out his mother has a boyfriend, they have a heated argument that ends with his mother having a heart attack and dying. Devastated, Otto returns to work and lashes out at Norman, who still under the Goblin formula, leaves him for dead when he leaks a chemical and traps him in the lab. Ottos harness fuses to his body and he becomes Dr. Octopus. GG makes a return and this time around Peter finds out its Norman, just before he is killed by Ock, who spider-man webs up in a final epic battle. Its hinted that Ock can control his arms after they are taken away. Peter has nightmares of Ock choking him (foreshadowing) from now on. MJ comes through for Peter and he interns throughout the film.

Film 5
Villain: Scorpion
Plot: J. Jonah Jameson is tired of Spider-man for the last time (this is just the final straw type of thing, see jonahs bio for other reasons) when he overshadows his astronaut son, who will be the 'Armstrong of our generation' when he goes to the moon on live tv. Jonah decides to hire Private Investigator Mac Gargan to find out Spider-Mans true identity and prove him as a fraud. When Mac fails, Jonah puts him through an experimental test that turns Mac into the Scorpion. Meanwhile on the moon, as John lands, a black substance creeps from the dark side of the moon onto John and crews ship messing around with wiring so that a crash landing will be required. When Spidey saves the ship, the symbiote detects his powerful presence and bonds to him secretly. Spidey is so wiped out from the ship (mask is also missing) that he hides in an abandoned pier and passes out. When he wakes up he has a brand new slick black suit, and wonders where it came from. It unexplicably makes him feel good, but that soon all changes when he begins to become more violent, nearly killing petty criminals and having a huge temper. The suit begins to talk to him and drives him slowly insane. Still, Scorpion manages to defeat him in their first couple of battles, but when Mac goes insane due to his treatment and turns on his benefactor, Spidey nabs a win, and almost lets Mac kills Jonah, but realizes the suit is hurting him and in a moment of revelation decides to destroy the symbiote by ripping it off and burning it, which works (or does it?). Throughout the film we will see the fall of Eddie Brock, who discovers Peter is Spidey, and his growing grudge towards Peter. Peter is becoming a respected lab partner at the lab but is let go for a while until he can get his head together (due to the symbiote) and was working on a cure for cancer. Mj leaves Peter to model in France (symbiote and Black Cat).

Film 6
Villain: Venom
Plot: The symbiote wasn't completely destroyed by Peter, but it was nearly obliviated. Weak and in need of a host, it bonds to Eddie who shares a very powerful grudge with the symbiote for its old host. Since Peter nearly killed it, the symbiote is in need of substinence and feeds off Eddie, who in turn must eat whole people for the suit to not kill him. But Peter isn't in New York. After the events of the last films, Peter decides to quit crime-fighting and travel the world to do some soul-searching. Along the way he finds out the truth about his parents, having been scientists for S.H.I.E.L.D. and deliberately murdered by the Red Skull (nicely tying in to the Marvel Universe). Meanwhile, Eddie wreaks havoc in New York, making it a dangerous crime-filled land. Peter comes back to New York and sees the damage done by Eddie, who proceeds to stalk and torment him. Peter is defeated in every battle, but realizes the city needs him, so he dons the red-and-blues once again. At the same time, MJ returns to reconcile with Peter and reveal some good news to him: she's pregnant with his child. But Eddie quickly kidnaps her and drags Spidey (feeling good to be fighting crime again) across New York in a final climatic sequence. Realizing the symbiotes weakness is sound waves, he relinquishes the symbiote and ships Eddie off to Rykers. What Peter doesn't realize is that the symbiote stored a piece of itself in hibernation at the Ships original landing site. We meet Kletus, Eddies creepy cellmate

Film 7
Villains: Doc Ock, Carnage, Every villain so far
Plot: Eddies everday prison life is shown as well as Kletus weird tendencies. We see Dr. Octopus' special cell from which he is stored in suspended animation. He wakes up and begins controlling his arms from inside Rykers. He leads Spider-man to Rykers putting in place a plan he's been dreaming of for 2 years. Meanwhile the symbiote begins talking to Eddie through nightmares. It locates Eddie, but finds Kletus much more suitable as a host. Ock breaks out of his cell and convinces Kasady to work for him. As Peter arrives at Rykers, Ock shuts down all the citys power, and traps him inside. Ock demands the symbiote to slay all guards, leaving Peter almost alone inside the prison' and Carnage is let free to destroy the city. Ock pulls the strings from the inside, making Spider-man his puppet as he travels through the inside battling his old foes. Eventually he reaches Ock, who defeats Peter and throws him in the ocean. Ock leaves to a UN meeting to destroy the worlds leaders, in order to create his own totalitarian country. Peter takes care of Carnage after an epic fight, and follows Ock to the UN meeting. When he finds him, after a long sequence of fighting, Ock reveals he's rigged the place to explode as well as Peters house, leaving him with a choice: the world or his family. The film ends with a close-up of Peters face.

Director

Robert Zemeckis

Roberts films include Forrest Gump, The Back To the Future Series, Polar Express, Cast Away, and others, and he always turns in a great film, one that can be watched over and over and still seem fresh and have you want to watch it. If he helmed the Spider-man series, I would be overly joyed.

On to the cast..

Spider-Man/Peter Parker - Emile Hirsch

Emile: This dude is one seriously talented and underappreciated actor, I first caught him in The Girl Next Door, which I thought would be okay but was actually way better than I thought and he gave one of the most believable performances I've seen. He's also a part-time humanitarian and looks exactly like what I imagine Peter Parker to look like. He's my only choice for Spidey.

Peter Parker: In Forest Hills, Queens, New York City, high school student Peter Parker is a science whiz orphan living with his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. As depicted in Amazing Fantasy #15, he is bitten by a radioactive spider at a science exhibit and "acquires the agility and proportionate strength of an arachnid."Along with super strength, he gains the ability to adhere to walls and ceilings. Through his native knack for science, he develops a gadget that lets him fire adhesive webbing of his own design through small, wrist-mounted barrels.

Harry - Jesse Eisenberg

Jesse: Another extremely talented up-and-comer, who proved himself in his solid performance in the Squid and the Whale. He came to prominence in Zombieland which he was hilarious in and proved himself even further with his performance in the Social Network. That roles got Best Actor all over it. Seriously he's a talent that would rock the role of Harry.

Harry: Harry is the son of industrialist Norman Osborn and his wife Emily. Unfortunately, the circumstances of Harry's birth weakened Emily, and she died after several years of illness. Heartbroken, Norman becomes a cold and unloving father; he either contemptuously dismisses Harry, or lashes out at him in fury. As a result, Harry spends much of his life trying desperately to earn his father's approval.

Gwen - Amber Heard

Amber: she's also a rising star who I first caught in Hidden Palms and then Never Back Down. She's shown a couple of serious roles so she's actualy a pretty good actress. And it only helps that she's gorgeus. She would have no problem with Gwen.

Gwen: Peter Parker meets Gwen while both study as undergraduates at Empire State University. Initially, with Aunt May in the hospital, Peter feels troubled and ignores her advances, and in return, she feels insulted by his aloofness. She dates both Flash Thompson and Harry Osborn while pining for Peter. Gradually, however, a romance develops; Gwen, a science major, seems to appreciate Peter's intellectual personality, different from that of jocks like Flash Thompson and preppies like Harry Osborn.

MJ - Lyndsy Fonseca

Lyndsy: I had a little crush on this one after I saw her in Kick-ass which was only furthered when I saw her in Hot Tub Time Machine because she was smokin hot. She delivers a solid performance in Nikita and would own as MJ.

MJ: Mary Jane is depicted as an extremely beautiful, green-eyed redhead, and has been the primary romantic interest of Peter Parker for the last twenty years, although initially competing with others for his affection, most prominently with Gwen Stacy and the Black Cat.

Uncle Ben - Jeff Bridges

Jeff: Albeit somewhat an odd choice, Jeffs a fantastic actor, who came back to the spotlight with his role in Iron Man and took home an oscar for his role in Crazy Heart, which he really deserved. Since then he's been in Tron: Legacy and True Grit, which to date is one of his best performances. His epic voice would perfectly deliver Uncle Bens most famous lines.

Uncle: Parker was the uncle and surrogate father of Peter Parker, Spider-Man’s alter ego. His death at the hands of a burglar that Spider-Man declined to pursue earlier forever propelled Peter into the role of superhero.

Aunt May - Helen Mirren

Helen: though, she's a cliche choice, she's also a great one and my one and only pick for aunt may. Her turn in the Queen was great and she kicked ass in RED other than being just an all around classy woman. I have no doubt her Aunt May won't be annoying and nothing short of great.

Aunt: In the main universe continuum, Aunt May is aunt-by-marriage and adoptive mother of Peter Parker, who leads a secret life as Spider-Man. She is nurturing and supportive of Peter although, throughout most of Spider-Man's history, she has not known of his secret life and considers Spider-Man frightening.

Peters Parents - Nicole Kidman and John Cusack

Nicole and John: Two great actors who just generally have always looked like Petes parents to me.

Curt Connors - Bryan Cranston

Bryan: One of the most diverse actors working today, Bryan has shown his comedic side in Malcolm in the Middle, which he was hilarious in and his dramatic side in AMCs Breaking Bad making him, yet again one of my favorite actors for his brilliant range. Other than that, he's exactly what I imagine Connors to look like.

Curt: Curtis Connors was born in Coral Gables, Florida. He was a gifted surgeon who enlisted in the army and was sent off to war. He performed emergency battlefield surgery on wounded GIs, but his right arm was injured in a blast and had to be amputated. After his return to civilian life as a research technologist, Connors became obsessed with uncovering the secrets of reptilian limb regeneration and studied reptilian biology extensively and creates a functioning formula. However it turns on him and he becomes the lizard. In the film, hes an old family friend and good friends with Peter.

J. Jonah Jameson - Clancy Brown

Clancy: One of the most under-rated actors today, Clancy was brilliant as Kurgan in Highlander. His voicework as Lex Luthor was equally as brilliant and a stand-out role (for me at least) was his voicework as Mr. Krabs, I guess I just found it hard to believe that Lex Luthor and Mr. Krabs were the same person. Clancy in my opinion is the only person who could rival JK Simmons.

JJJ: Jameson is the editor-in-chief of the daily bugle who has a deep hatred for Spider-Man he carries through in his papers. Ironically he employs Spidermans alter ego Peter Parker as a photographer. In the film, his hatred for Spider-Man stems from childhood memories of his 'hero' father beating his mother, planting the idea that not every hero is always good, his wife being murdered by men in masks (anyone hiding behind a mask is evil), and not accepting the fact that someone can be so selfless (something he used to be).

Robbie Robertson - Lawrence Fishburne

Lawrence: Though I used to not like him as an actor, he's grown on me, and the earliest role I remember him in was the Matrix which he was pretty good in. He was also great and funny in Predators. But the real reason I chose him was that I saw him on George Lopez tonight and he gave off a very peaceful vibe that's perfect for Robbie.

Robbie: A high-ranking editor at the daily bugle and close confidant of JJJ. The voice of reason in Jamesons campaign to discredit Spidey. He is also more supportive and friendly towards Peter than Jameson

Betty Brant - Mila Kunis

Mila: Though she's probably most well known for her roles on That 70s show and Family Guy, she's proven her more dramatic side in The book of Eli and Black Swan, particularly in Black Swan where she actually surprised me.

Betty: Her mother had been the "girl Friday" of Daily Bugle editor J. Jonah Jameson but she took the position after her mothers death. She and Peter were romantically linked because she wanted a normal, ordinary man. However, when her brother is killed in a fight between Ock and Spidey, she blames Spider-man. She later forgives him, when she realizes he was trying to protect them.

Captain Stacy - Bruce Greenwood

Bruce: A very chill actor who I caught first in JJ Abrams Star Trek. He continued showing his range when he perfectly voiced Batman in Batman: Under The Red Hood. His Captain Stacy would own.

Stacy: Gwens father, and police captain of the NYPD. He is a supporter of Spider-Man and hints at knowing Peter is Spidey. He also strongly supports Peter dating Gwen and asks him to take care of her as he dies

Flash Thompson - Chace Crawford

Chace: I think a couple of folks have said he's a good actor, but al I've seen him in is Gossip Girl, and while he doesn't turn in a really great performance, you can't really with that role anyway. He seems like the kind of actor that with the right role he'd be fantastic.

Flash: Peters bully from High School who ironically is Spider-mans biggest fan. Though they were childhod friends they grew apart as they grew up. But when Flash is in college he reconciles with parker and they become friends again. Id rather see this than Bully Flash, as we have yet to see it.

Black Cat - Annalynne McCord

Annalynne: One of the sexiest actresses alive known best for her vixen type roles. I love this gorgeus chick and she would make for a perfect Felicia.

Felicia: Daughter of a world renowned thief, she suffered a traumatic event as a college freshman and decided to train in combat and acrobatics donning a costume as the Black Cat. She is often a mysterious figure in Peters life and a romantic interest. She becomes obsessed with Peter.

Norman Osborn - Jon Hamm

Jon Hamm: I was watching him as Don Draper on Mad Men and I couldn't help but think he be an amazing Norman. I know you may be thinking he's young, but I believe its better to be younger than your respective role than older, you can grow into it. Besides he's near 40 and it'd be no different if he was 45, look-wise and that's apart from him looking older than his age. His cold father/brilliant bussinessman contrasting his psychotic GG would be epic.

Quentin Beck - Alan Rickman

Alan: He's best known as Hans Gruber, John McClanes evil foe in Die Hard and as evil teacher Snape in the Harry Potter series, the standout character of the series, and he's easily one of my favorite actors. His menacing voice is perfect for Quentin/Mysterio as well as his acting mannerisms. Mysterio stages an alien invasion as Chameleon poses as Spidey commiting crimes, making it seem like hes out doing crime when hes needed with mysterio. The reason they do a smear campaign is that they wanna prove a point that no one in the world is different, and people like spider-man font fit in out selfish world.

Chameleon - Jean Reno

Jean: a vastly under-rated actor, coupled with his great voice would make for a great chameleon. Chameleon and quentin would be partners from Europe.

Kraven the Hunter - Javier Bardem

Javier: I loved him as Anton in No Country For Old Men, easily one of the most standout and chlling villains in film to date. His Kraven would be a sight to see since he's such an amazing actor. Every performance by Bardem yet has been great most recently in Biutiful, though.

Christoph Waltz - Doc Ock

Christoph: His big break came in Inglorious Basterds, which he was amazing in as Colonel Hans Landa. His cold turn as Landa makes me believe he would own as Ock. Though, yes, he's not chubby but not all incarnations of ock are. He's honestly the only person I can think of that would be a perfect Ock.

Mac Gargan - Holt McCallany

Holt: Though, he never really had big roles prior to Lights Out on FOX, its exactly Lights Out that has proved him an amazing actor, he's brought out so many emotions on that show and made me believe every single one of them. His smaller roles included Fight Club and The Losers, all leading me to believe his Gargan would be perfect.

Eddie Brock - Tom Hardy

Tom: I love this guy, he's one of the greatest young actors today. When I first saw him in Inception, he stood out in his role. He also was great in Bronson which he packed a ton of muscle on for, and he's in the upcoming Mad Max film as the lead.

Cletus Kasady - Crispin Glover

Crispin: He's known for playing a bunch of weird characters and he's actually a really good actor. His creepy presence is perfect for Cassady as are his equally creepy looks. His roles in Willard, Back to the Future and Charlies Angels convinced me his Carnage would be epic.

Kingpin - Vincent D'Nofrio

Vincent: Another very diverse actor who went the extra mile for his role in Full Metal Jacket by losing a ton of weight for it. When I saw him recently in Law and Order, I thought back to his great performances and thought he would make an epic and intimidating kingpin. He's slightly chubby, but theres still room to grow and give his head a shave to top it off.

Hammerhead - Ray Wise

Ray Wise: A way under-appreciated actor who was fricking fantastic on Reaper as ol 666 himself, the Devil. His look is absolutely perfect for Hammerhead.

Hammerhead: A mobster who is Kingpins personal wingman, who aspired to be the don of his own mob one day, but unfortunately for him, he isn't 100% Italian so he couldnt get made, leaving it a touchy subject. Id love to see Hammerhead pick up a Tommy Gun or run full-force with his steel forehead at spidey.

Sandman - Johnny Messner

Johnny: He's not exactly a great actor but that's not what you need for Sandman. A lot of people seem to cast good actors for roles like this, but since Sandmans just an everday thug it doesn't matter. But the real reason I chose him was his build and voice which is new yawk-y and gruff.

Rhino - Matt Willig

Matt: Same as Sandman on this one, he's not a big player, so I didn't cast for talent but rather looks, and voice. His build is perfect and his face is exactly what I imagine Rhino to looks like.

Rhino: Returning to a life of crime after friend Flint Marko escapes prison, they both return a debt by becoming superpowered villains. Alex is given a suit resembling a rhino, and proves powerful, but given he is a buffoon, spidey handles him quick. He would nothing more than a puppet for quick fight scenes.

Other character i'd love to see him interact with (in and out his own series)

Daredevil - Michael C. Hall

Michael C. Hall: I first caught him on Dexter, Where he play serial Killer Dexter Morgan PERFECTLY. He makes the show so entertaining to watch. I saw in nine feet under and he was amazing on that too. In Gamer,he played a very memorable villain. All in all Michael as Daredevil would go down as definitive casting, Think what Robert DJ did for Iron Man,he would do for Matt Murdock.

Matt: Living in Hells Kitchen, Matt Murdock is blinded by falling radioactive substance from a truck, which while blinding him, also heightens his senses beyond normal human capability. His father, box 'fightin' Jack Murdock supports him as he grows up but it is killed by gangsters after refusing to throw a fight. After donning a yellow and black, and later dark red costume, he becomes Daredevil, seeking out revenge on his fathers killers.

Wolverine - Christian Kane

Christian: Whenever I see him on Leverage I'm convinced he would make a badass wolverine. The dude is a badass in real life too. Hes too perfect, besides having the looks down pat, he also does his own stunts

Wolverine: A mutant who has a regenitive healing factor that allows him to recover from any wound, disease or toxin at an accelerated rate. Due to his healing factor he was allowed to bind adamantium to his skeleton through supersoldier program Weapon X and can now produce claws from his hands.

Human Torch - Garrett Hedlund

Garrett: A great up and comer I first caught in Four Brothers. He gave a great performance in Tron: Legacy and kicked ass, leading me to believe he would be great as Johnny.

Johnny: The youngest of the FF, he is impetuous and brash in comparison to his beautiful and compassionate sister Susan Storm, his sensible brother-in-law Mr. Fantastic, and the Grumbling Thing. After the accident he engulf his body in flames. He is one of Peters best friends

Frank Castle - Christopher Meloni

Christopher: When I was watching Law and Order, I couldn't help but think he looked just like what I imagine Frank to look like. When I saw him on Oz I just knew he was perfect.

Frank: A vigilante who employs Violence, Torture and extortion into his war on crime. Driven by deaths of his wife and kids by the mob, Frank wages a violent one-man war on the mob.

Galactus - Christopher Lee

Christopher: One of the greatest actors to grace the screen, he is cemented for his epic voice which is exactly what I imagine Galactus to be like. His face can be 'youngened' like Jeff Bridges in Tron Legacy.

Galactus: A very powerful and very huge god who must eat the energies of entire planets in order to survive. Overall badass.

Dr. Doom - Ralph Fiennes

Ralph: An extremely talented actor wo was absolutely amazing in Schindlers List as well as a perfect Voldemort in the Harry Potter series. His talents would make Doom justice and another piece of definitive casting.

Doom: A polymath scientific genius, depicted creating numerous devices in order to defeat his foes or gain more power, including a time machine, a device to imbue people with superpowers, and numerous robots. He is often considered Mavel most evil villain.

Niceeee. I like it all, the funny thing is, my dad works on 90210 tv show, and Annalynn McCord is actually the exact opposite of the characters she plays. She is extremely nice and very polite :D

Dude! This is [frick]ING EPIC. Brilliant Spidey choice! Although he'd do great as either Parker or Harry Osborn.

Oh god man! This is just too [frick]ing epic!

For the most I love your cast, the only ones I disagree with are Tom Hardy as Brock and Hamm and Osborn. Apart from that Amazing! Can really see you put a lot of effort into this cast man. Well done!

Cool movie ideas too! Love the ending for em'!

btw, if you like Bond feel free to check out my cast for 'Live & Let Die' a few articles down from yours. Cheers

Great cast! Spidey is excellent as well as MJ and Gwen. Some solid picks in there man! Aunt May is obviously perfect and Hammerhead, Doc Ock and Capt Stacy are all also great!

The ones I don't care for are Harry, Norman, Flash And Sandman. I don't know why everyone casts Jesse as Harry. I seriously cannot him imagine him being harry. Firstly he doesn't look like Harry and he also looks like a wimpy [frick]! Not a physco like Harry. Jon Hamm is ok I guess but doesn't fit Norman. Chace is more of a pretty boy than a jock and your Sandman pick isn't so good.

This is an amazing fan cast! Some choices I disagree but this is the quality we need in a fan-cast! Also you got my Kingpin! He is PERFECT for the role!

I wasn't expecting anything from this cast, but d@mn this cast is good!!!(Except your inclusion of Black Cat...I just flat out hate her...)

Emile would rock as Spidey! And I haven't seen Hamm suggested for Norman before...but he'd be great!

Love the rest! Especially Harry, Uncle Ben, Jameson, Kingpin, Rhino, Daredevil, and of course Galactus(My own pick)

Only ones I'd change are Black Cat and Sandman...

Wow great fan cast. I've always liked Emile for PP. The only choice I'm not fond of is Christian Kane as Wolverine, he's just not that strong of an actor. But everything else is fantastic, great job. Looking forward to more.

Hamm would be a good Osborn, but i've recently thought that Boardwalk Empire actor Michael Stuhlbarg would be a good GG.

- Emile could definitely work as Spider-Man. In Speed Racer, he wisecracked quite a bit like Spidey.
- Jesse's more my pick for Bob, Agent of Hydra, for a Deadpool movie. He's too much of a goofball, even if, in The Social Network, he showed dramatic muscle.
- I'm thinking Amber would make a better Rogue for an X-Men reboot. Watch TV spots for Drive Angry, and you'll see that she almost mirrors Rogue's bad-assery to a T.
- Nah, Lyndsy as MJ is too familiar to her work in Kick-Ass. Now, as Kitty Pryde, that would be the way to go!
- Jeff would be excellent as Uncle Ben. He kinda played it in Tron: Legacy. Great actor.
- Helen Mirren is a great choice for May Parker. But since Sally Field got the part, what do you think of her as Madame Webb?
- Amazing picks for Peter's mom and dad.
- I think Bryan Cranston would be better as Green Goblin maybe. That's just me talking, since he can be over the top as the Goblin and a thespian for Norman Osborn.
- I see why people are casting Clancy as JJ.

- Eh, Laurence is too big a name for Robbie.
- Same with Mila as Betty Brant. I know this is not set in Marc Webb's universe, but Mila is now a Golden Globe nominee, so we'll need a bigger role for the actress. And rest assured, Zooey Deschanel was rumored to take the mantle.
- I was gonna go with Bruce Greenwood myself as George Stacy. Denis Leary is wrong for the role in every way possible; he should be playing a villain in one of the Daredevil or Punisher movies.
- Chace isn't enough of a brick shithouse to play Flash. I'm casting him as Speedball in a future New Warriors fancast.
- I think ALM would be amazing as Black Cat. She has the seductive skills, now she needs to add lots of muscles to her frame and learn martial arts, and presto. I love that she has straighter hair now:

- I'm with most of everyone on my indifference to Jon Hamm as Osborn. Like I said, Bryan Cranston would be better. I'm also a fan of Greg Kinnear as the Green Goblin, because he can nail the wit of the Goblin, and the intensity of Norman Osborn.
- Alan Rickman would make a great Mysterio. But I love Alec Baldwin for the role, because he has a knack for theatrical performances. And if you listen to Mysterio's voice in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, it almost sounds like Baldwin. But I can live with Rickman.
- No comment on Jean Reno as Chameleon. But he'd make a good Frenchie for a Moon Knight film adaptation.
- Javier Bardem as Kraven, now that's something to get behind!
- Christoph is good as Doc Ock. I think the dude's honing an American accent since Green Hornet, so he would be amazing. He would've made a great Baron Heinrich Zemo, but since that's scrapped(?), I'll welcome him for any role. Why couldn't he have played the Lizard instead of Rhys Ifans, who would've made a better Banshee.
- Holt is a good pick for Scorpion.
- Hardy's too tiny (5'9"; Venom is listed at 6'2"). Remember, DDD is picky on height.
- Great Carnage pick. Mine's Will Arnett (I'd love to see him do the Animated Spider-Man interpretation).
- Now THAT'S a great Kingpin pick. I may need to borrow that for a future Spider-Man fancast.
- Ray Wise looks like Hammerhead. Great job.
- Nice Sandman.
- Oh yes! Michael C. Hall for Daredevil. I've just blew past two seasons of Dexter, and it's a great [frick]ing show.
- DDD will be happy to see Kane as Wolverine.
- I have Garrett as Nova, seeing as he would fit the entire atmosphere of the comic.
- Christopher would make a great Punisher.
- Great Galactus. And yes, Lee is a great [frick]ing actor.
- Ralph Fiennes is a great Doctor Doom. Light years ahead of Julian McMahon's.

@karyn,

Weird...I hate Black Cat and love Catwoman... ;)

Sure thing! This is some great stuff!

Hahahaha, 'change' her by excluding her entirely..... And Sandman can be a really strong character, depending on the incarnation. He is one of my favorite Spidey villains, and he deserves a strong treatment as well as a strong actor. My pick(along with allot of other peoples), is Adam Baldwin. He has all the qualities for Sandman, and is a great actor!

This is an awesome cast, I love Lyndsay Fonseca but I think she would be a great Rogue, so I would cast Mary Elizabeth Winstead as MJ.

Christopher Meloni would be an awesome Punisher.
