Launch Trailer Released For Batman: Arkham Asylum

If this new video doesn't get you excited to play the Dark Knight's new game, nothing will!

There have been a TON of videos released for Batman: Arkham Asylum, but I think this new "Launch" trailer is by far the best.

	just picked this game up for 360 this morning. not sure if this deal is everywhere or not - but I'm living in Canada and Wal-Mart is selling the game for only 38 bucks today only I believe. And it comes with free downloadable batsuit armor for the challenge maps. can't wait to get home from work and play this thing. the demo was amazing - and reviews are saying this is the best comic book game ever made - and one of the best licensed games ever made. 	InstigatorGirl- Lol! To be honest the batarang that came with the collecters edition is a bit of a let down but the rest of it is cool. I will let you know how cool the game is though because I am definitely playing it tonight. I wanted to play it at midnight when I really needed the sleep. 	far as i can tell the only villians in the game are - Joker, Zsaz, Bane, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn and Scarecrow (not sure if he's on the 360 version though). they left out quite a few - probably to do a sequel in another year or two - cause the game will probably do real well - giving the studios a go for another one. 	IK27 - I don't have an XBOX 360. On the other post about this game, I openly asked all members about which console to choose, XBOX 360 or PS3. I received great feedback and again thanks to all who commented. Well the 2009 PS3 with a 120 Gig HD is at $299 on Amazon.com, CLICK HERE for info. I'm a huge fan of Bioshock and GTA. 	flames809- I love my PS3. I dont know if all of the villain are in it other than the ones that KEVEN mentioned. Sirprize- I also dont have a 360. It was a choice btw the 360 and the PS3 and I chose the PS3 and I have no regrets. I think you will enjoy it as well. KEVEN- they would be pretty dumb to not do a sequel. 	I have been playing this game all weekend. It is a pretty good game except that it lacks a bit on the fighting side, but overall there is a strong story and a lot of mythology thrown in. If only they can take this type of gameplay and apply it to a Green Lantern game or, dare I say, a stand alone Cyclops story game, then we can see a huge jump in the comic/game crossover. four20smoke - 8/25/2009, 2:27 PM

	an open city sand box type game wouldn't look this good in a million years. look at prototype. its the newest of the new for open world games, and it does look good, but it can't touch the graphics on this game, or any others that aren't open world. CorndogBurglar - 8/26/2009, 8:07 AM
	@ sirprize thats a good way of looking at it. in my opinion xbox 360 is a superior system, maybe not graphically, but in every other way. but it does have problems. i got my 360 the day it came out, a month later i got the red ring. it happened 2 more times within 2 years. so i got a the black 360 elite because it was supposed to have taken care of that problem. guess what, a year later i got the red ring. so since i've owned a 360, i've had to send it back to microsoft to be fixed 4 times! its free to do so, but what a hassle. oh well, thats why i have a 360 and a ps3. i love them both! 	Batman NEEDS more "InFamous" type gameplay than it does graphics. InFamous is THE BEST free roaming game made, control, atmosphere and story-wise. Just give Bats Tenchu controls in a InFamous type Gotham city and you got yourself the best batman game yet. If i only wanted to look at graphics, i'd rent a Blu-Ray CGI movie. 	@ CorndogBurglar - I know quite a few people that took the bait that the Elite system resolved a lot of issues. How is it free when you kept sending the unit back? My point is you're not getting what you paid for, therefore nothing is free. A week hiatus for a unreliable system that you shelled out 400 bucks is ridiculous. Basically, anyone that bought an XBOX 360 paid money to be a Beta tester. I have two friends that it was every 2-3 months they would get the RROD. They were pissed when I said, "You paid 400 bucks to test the XBOX 360 for MicroSoft." I have the original XBOX and it's 11 years old with not one single glitch. SirPrize - 8/26/2009, 8:47 AM

	Iluv my xbox. Haven't had a problem yet knock on wood. But I've always wanted a ps3 but I have a built in cheap factor. I won't pay 400 bucks for it.
