@SupermanFan I think that was part of the selling strategy man marking it a Batman film but him being only a supporting actor.

@SupermanFan
It's part of the Batman: Arkham game universe, that's the reason for the title as well as marketing.

I see a lot of people saying its good. May I ask, if someone really did not enjoy the last few DC animated movies would this would be better? Or is it more of the same?

^^
ehh, Justice League War and Son of Batman are watchable, but definitely not their best work.

this looks different enough (is not in the same continuity as those two), and Arkham Batman looks great in animated form.

Yeah it was awesome. But the movie should have been called Suicide Squad.

Hope they bring more original movies inspired by the Arkhamverse, i think there's a lot to use from there since it's gonna close with the next game.
DC animated movies are always awesome.

Saw it last night, I thought it was awful.

The dialogue was bad, and some of the plot elements made no sense, like when

**********SPOILERS***********

Batman, disguised as Black Spider, just stood there and let Deadshot kill all those guards when they're trying to get to the medical ward. Horrific writing.

Its titled with "Batman" in it, because parents would not buy DVDs for kids titled "Suicide Squad".

I Wish the animation was the same as the game's CGI.
Could have been a great animated release in theaters.

Great movie. I liked this a lot better than son of batman. The ss were the stars but batman is in it throughout. Loved it . Had some great fight choreography and you can't miss with Kevin Conroy as bats.

This movie is proof that DC doesn't need Batman to carry an animated film. He's barely in it, and it's one of their best to date.

@Triptheorist

Unfortunately this proves that they need Batman to sell it or are to scared to put it out without Batman to push it. Everyone is saying Batman is just a minor character and the Suicide Squad are the main characters then remove Batman from the movie all together and make a complete Suicide Squad movie.

If you quit Batman, the film is not that good. Batman is THE BEST part absolutely. And thanks to the "Arkhamverse"

I don't know if this was a coincidence or purposely done as part of the 75th anniversary, but every villain from the Burton/Schumacher movies had an appearance. Oh, and when Harley Quinn was emptying the jokers bin, the mask from the bank robbery scene was in it
