Although AMC's The Walking Dead Marathon Weekend is now over, The Talking Dead has revealed two very good previews of Season 3 for us featuring a tour of the prison and a clip with the badass Michonne.

The Walking Dead Season 3 Preview Weekend is now over, but you can check out some features shown on a special episode of The Talking Dead. The first clip takes you on a tour of the prison set, while the second was an exclusive clip featuring the highly-anticipated debut of Michonne.

Steven Yeun takes Chris Hardwick on a tour of The Prison, which was created by The Walking Dead crew.



Note: AMC has taken action and removed all Michonne clip videos from YouTube. Sorry about that latecomers.



After the clip aired, Executive Producer David Alpert and The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman hinted that the aspirin that Michonne grabs in this scene may not actually be aspirin, although it was unknown if they were joking around. In other behind-the-scenes features, the actress behind Andrea (Laurie Holden) revealed that David Morrisey is "the perfect governor".

I don't know if it's the quality, or what...but the first walker in the second clip doesn't look as convincing as the usual walkers. Awesome clip, though! The season feels so far away.

Yeah, I guess the low resolution made it so...it does look better in standard resolution. Still, the part below its eyes look pretty obviously fake, though. Ah, what is it to be complained about, anyway! This season will be sick.

hate to tell you all but Carl isn't dying anytime soon. He is as much of a main character as Rick is. However everyone else is fair game. :)

I sat through ALL day... till that 9-10 "preview".. and then they stretched it out to finally the last 5 minutes.. when they said they would show a clip.. and when they finally did.. it was a one minute clip ..

and I realized... doh! I wasted all weekend on watching shows I had already seen!!! sighs

well. at least i recorded the black and white episode.. I will watch that tonight and wait till october ..

I hope they tone down the apparent signature move of her flinging blood off the sword complete with the needless accompanying coconut-effect metal ting sound (as last seasons finale and this clip). Once or twice is cool but if she winds up doing it after every kill it's going to be a bit much.
