VIDEO GAMES: Marvel To Reveal A DEADPOOL Video Game?

New rumors about High Moon Studios' Marvel video game have surfaced with a countdown to the Marvel Video Games panel at Comic-Con today. Deadpool may be getting his own video game and you can check out the details after the jump.

Earlier this week, it had been reported that High Moon Studios (Transformers: Fall of Cybertron) have been working on a video game for Marvel, and would be announced this weekend at Comic-Con. That video game has been speculated to be many things including Hit-Monkey, however a new website URL has arrived with what seems to be a countdown to it's reveal. By visiting "DeadpoolGame.com", you are treated to a graffiti version of the Deadpool logo.

If you visit the official Marvel panel schedule you will find that the "Marvel Video Games" panel finishes only 15 minutes before the countdown ends. Activision and High Moon aren't shy of violence, and we are long overdue for a Deadpool video game.

Just about to submit mine! lol np anyways... But thanks for the heads up - thalidomide on the Ultimate Comics Iron Man article. We're in for a helluva ride with this, and it looks like it'll coincide with the upcoming Hit-Monkey announcement, knowing as he does die by the hands of the "Merc with a Mouth". I wonder how they'll implement breaking the fourth wall without it being too ominous in the game. I have faith in High Moon and I hope they deliver... That way they can keep on developing more Marvel games with more lesser known characters.

The people who worked on the X-Men Origins: Wolverine game said they were interested in developing a Deadpool
video game a few years back.

Yea, I think that Hit Monkey will probably be a playable character in the game. Hopefully we get Bob too.

The "Sure to be a HIT" is a reference to the Hit Monkey game. I think it was on the cite a few days ago... But hopefully there's some other stuff too. I know it's too early for Beenox to announce a new spidey game.. but one can hope.

Needs lots of slicing and severed limbs. Teleporting, machine guns, funny quips (some includng swearing) And BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL BEYOND REPAIR! Also needs to be open world.
