Captain America: The Winter Soldier is in Cleveland shooting a scene that appear to be Nick Fury versus the Washington D.C. Police Department and the SWAT team.

Samuel L. Jackson, himself, has also been spotted sitting inside of a black government vehicle that was hit in the driver's side door by a police car. The SWAT team and police were rushing to stop him for unknown reasons and slowly approached the black SUV with machine guns. Speaking of Jackson's Nick Fury character, his double was spotted and in the below photos show his updated look (black-on-black still) in the Captain America sequel.

Stay tuned as The Daily SuperHero is on the scene here in Cleveland to cover the Cap 2 filming!

To clarify to those who are not reading the above information, this is Mr. Jackson sitting in the vehicle.

Guys did not read news?
Marvel paid 50 million to Tony Stark actor, yet 200 000 us dollars to Thor, Loki, Captain, Hulk and Nick.

Nick Fury will be played by other actor because Samuel L. Jackson left from this movie.

i honestly think the reason Cap is wearing the SHIELD suit is that Fury has been removed from command after the events of The Avengers(letting Loki and Tesseract go) and Steve has been put in charge and the current Director of SHIELD. i figure midway through the movie or towards the end, Fury will return to his post and Cap will once again don the stars and stripes.

Just a thought but I wouldn't be surprised to see someone else play Fury for a small part during the film.

There was a part in the Ultimate Comics that Fury was in a restaurant and had a disguise making him a white guy.

Would be cool to see a random guy talking to Cap without him knowing its actually Fury.

@TheVigilante

I think you are right on point. SHIELD turns on Fury, Cap, Widow and Falcon. What does Maria Hill do? Get a promotion. I have a feeling that parts of the Civil War storyline will be used in Avengers 2.

This guys does make a better looking Ultimate Nick Fury than SLJ. You can see the muscles popping through this guys jacket! Sam's not that big.

@TheVigilante

Dude it's a movie. Calm down.

Second, for an attack on american soil (california, no less.) to go by completely unnoticed from the nation's defenses after an explosion in the chinese theater and Stark revealing his address to terrorists over the news, is really careless on their part. Especially with SHIELD backing them up.

If a white person posted a derogatory remark or cartoon about blacks or other minorities even in jest like some posted on this blog, they would be blasted for being racists and bigots. I'm sure you can find something else to post...

@supermarioworldE
That's simple. The DHS is run by Janet Napolitano, who never saw a point of entry into the US that she didn't think should be open. Hell they probably thought the choppers were full of "customers" from the south and gave them "most favored invaders" status! Possibly Future Voters, you know? Besides, Stark is a rich industrialist, one of those nasty one per centers who isn't a politician, a Hollywood elitist or an entertainer who gets to visit Cuba anytime they want, or a big time donor to the never ending campaign mode our President enjoys playing at even though he can't run again! Certainly not a plot hole, just reality creeping in.
