The issue picks up following the event of the series' Original Sin tie-in story, "The Last Will and Testament of Charles Xavier." Written by Brian Michael Bendis, it looks like Iceman is pretty unhappy with the previous issue's revelation. As Cyclops returns home, it seems like he and his underground X-Men have, again, attracted the attention of the Avengers.

the x-men is the reason i read comics today but i have to say the avengers & new avengers are better titles overall.

Avengers and New Avengers are great.

Uncanny X-Men and All-New X-Men are pretty good also.

Not very interested in Wolverine and the X-Men, it has to much to do with the previous volume (which I haven't read).

It was funny how they were all thinking Prof. X left Scott the school to run.

It would have been kinda cool to have his kids mixed back in with Wolvie's.

@marvel72 Yes the Avengers titles are great, especially New Avengers. It looks like the Illuminati will face off against Thanos starting next month.

yeah mate,should be good.both avengers titles i rate the same,got a stack of secret avengers to read that i haven't got round to reading yet.

i do think all new x-men & uncanny x-men are very good as well,after hickman is done with the avengers i would love to see him tackle the x-men.
