Check Out This Fan-Made CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Trailer That Nearly Fooled Everyone

The first leaked trailer for Captain America: Civil War has seemingly found its way online a few hours ago! Even though this trailer is incredibly awesome, it was revealed to be fake.

A few hours ago, the first teaser trailer for Captain America: Civil War seemingly leaked online! After watching the video below, you’d think that this was our first look at Crossbones, Iron Man, and the new S.H.I.E.L.D., however, this was not the case. Here's a few good reasons why this trailer is not real. One, Captain America’s suit is from the 2012 Avengers film. Two, Marvel hasn’t taking the video down yet (and it's been up for over 10 hours now). So unless, Steve Rogers reverts back to his original costume, and the people over at Marvel studios are feeling friendly today, the trailer is fake. Nevertheless, check out this awesomely created trailer below!

Steve's wearing the wrong suit. Obvious fake is obvious.

"One, Captain America’s suit is from the 2012 Avengers film."

Shouldn't that have been the immediate giveaway?

I guess it's a little convincing with Crossbones in motion like that, but that'd still be such a lame, generic teaser.

I was fooled up until I saw Cap's costume. I knew then that it was fake. It was really well made though.

They could have at least used the Age of Ultron costume, since that resembles his new one the most. Even the Winter Soldier costume would have done it.

The voice at the beginning sounds like Tommy Wiseau not Feige

LOL I knew it was fake as soon as I saw that they used footage of Kevin Feige from LAST YEAR, AND got his voice wrong. xD

I knew from the moment that Kevin Feige opened his mouth that it was fake. It is a great fake though; the Crossbones part was particularly impressive.

a fan-made trailer only seems believable when someone is very good at masking.

What made it unrealistic was the crowd sfx it just didn't sound right throughout the whole video

You mean besides the fact that Steve is clearly wearing the suit from the 1st Avengers?

Anyone else realize they used footage from the Grodd episode of The Flash?

People who believed this was real also thought Joker's tattoos were only for the anniversary.
