Lee Byung-hun is just going from one comic book-inspired movie featuring Bruce Willis to another. Coming fresh from GI Joe: Retaliation, the South Korean will play an assassin in RED 2.

"My character is Han, who used to be an agent like Bruce Willis and John Malkovich, but Bruce framed him so he can't work as an agent any more. So he became a killer," Lee said. "It was a lot of fun. The cast of Red 2 is a dream cast, so it was a really amazing moment for me."

Lee also shared his experiences meeting Bruce Willis: "He's a well-known action star and so people would think he is so tough and rough. But in real life, he is so gentle and generous. When I first heard Bruce was cast in this movie, I was so excited."

"But when I first met him in front of the make-up trailer, he bowed to me in the Asian way (of greeting). It was quite impressive and that made me relax."

RED 2 will feature Bruce Willis, Sir Anthony Hopkins, John Malkovich, Dame Helen Mirren, and Catherine Zeta-Jones. It will open on August 1.
