Let me chime in....Some of these "costumed heroes" are violent and also aggressively ask for money. They usually hang out around the Chinese Theatre and pose for pictures with tourists. Instead of getting a job they basically panhandle. I've seen many violent fights with these "heroes" in front of small children. It does need to be stopped. If they want to make money have a convention for cosplay once a month somewhere and leave it at that.
