all jokes aside. You can tell she's excited. Every where you go she always mentioned about returning to Smallville. Shit hopefully she's back for a few more before season is over.

They can't do a Supergirl Show because she is on V.

Nightwing as a TV show or movie wouldn't work either. You would need a established Batman and Robin first. The only chance they had to do anything with Nightwing was with the Chris O'Donnell version of Robin either as a Nightwing movie series or have him join the short lived Birds of Prey TV Show but they didn't do either of those things.

JLA is something you really can't do as a TV series. Something like that you really need to do on the big screen to come off right.

On a side note am I the only one pissed that both DC TV Shows will be going head to head this season?

The mythology isn't the problem the cost is. I don't believe that you can do a TV Series like the JLA and not have it come off looking bad on TV because on TV you wouldn't have the budget. That's why it has failed both times they tried it.

The 2nd Season of Human Target will be Friday nights at 8 PM on FOX.

I am basing my theory on Nightwing on them establishing a Robin in the previous set of Batman films that could have easily been turned into Nightwing. Hell in the last movie he was basically wearing the Nightwing costume.

Speaking of Birds of Prey I really wish they would have used that shows superheros on Smallville once they started putting together there version of the JLA.

Unless V tanks in the ratings which I hope it doesn't because I like the show I don't think it would be as possible as you think it would be for Laura to do both shows.

I'm guessing what she's wearing in the clip is the "Supergirl costume" mentioned?

I know what costs but again we are talking about a TV Show and sure WB could afford to do it on TV show but its not very likely that they would spend all that money on a TV show.

The first attempt was 25 years ago the 2nd version wasn't it happened after the end of the Flash TV show.

Maybe they will try a JLA show but I can't see it going past one season even with good ratings. Birds of Prey when it got cancelled was getting higher ratings then Smallville was at the time but they still cancelled it.

The Blade Series on Spike TV got canceled despite its good ratings on Spike TV because it cost too much for them to make.

It would make more sense to use Smallville to build to a JLA in movies.

I think the actress playing Black Canary Jr. on Smallville is good I just believe it would have made more sense to use the Birds of Prey characters since they were already established. You would have a reason to explain why your version of the JLA doesn't have Batman. If they really wanted they could have followed the current mytholigy and brought on Chris O'Donnell to play the current Dick Grayson version of Batman. Also when Allison Mack's contract came up before last season they could have replaced her with the real Oracle.

Lori Laughlin was playing Black Canary Sr. Rachel Skarsten character didn't know it until her mom showed up that she was Black Canary Jr.
