Superman - Man of Steel: On Location Video

This is truly for Man of Steel "completists" only, because nothing much happens in it, but this fan-recorded video takes viewers to different locations designed to represent Smallville in Zack Snyder's film.

As long as we don't get the futuristic, pristine Metropolis from the cartoons. I can't imagine anything more boring than Clark choosing to protect a city that has minimal poverty/crime!

Keep the futuristic stuff on Krypton (and then blow it up, LOL)

Plus I don't buy the whole Superman/day Batman/night thing, Superman should be required more at night, to fight all the crime. Plus he looks cooler at night.

Filming on location requires much more money.
None of Snyder's movies had the budget of The Dark Knight, for example. I think he did an amazing job with the money he had, in terms of production viability and visual composition. In fact, he has a really admirable vision for creating visual metaphors and logic.

Things don't get more reality set than 7Eleven....nice touch. The script is going to make all the difference. Cant wait to see some photos of the suit. the anticipation is building. I dont think they have started shooting scenes with actual people or dialogue yet.....if theres dialogue im sure they have only shot landscaping scenes. Im sure we will see the suit here in the next few weeks or so.

Looking forward to MOS, I get the feeling they are pacing themselves because they know how important the success of a Superman film is at this stage.

I hope this movie is great. Green Lantern made me think that all DC movies are going to suck (besides Batman). I know that isn't fair but that is just how it makes me feel.

@knossis Snyder said he won't use as much CGI as he's used to. Of course he'll use it for flying and some stuff, bu the worl around Superman won't be green screen
