Smallville Exclusive Interview: Cassidy Freeman on Tess Mercer's Evolution

Blah blah blah, i cant believe im saying this but i don't care much for SMALLVILLE anymore! That weak A$$ end made me sick! Im like one of the die hards to this show, but after DOOMSDAY, Should've been the best! With this, yet another comic book thing's bent us all over, i give up! The worst finale ever!!! An War Zone an Wolvie have all been a huge let down!!! I thought it would end with crappy VENOM in SPIDEY 3 but no! Im lost for words when it comes to HOLLYWOOD now! Some of this stuff is as bad as the stuff you see on reruns of the 70's Superhero shows an movies! Damn it!

I just hope we get another WATCHMEN type quality film soon! Coz all they seem to be making on the big screen an small is crap! : (

Yep i know theFACE @ I was actually 100% again'st DOOMIE on SMALLVILLE from the start but with all the cameos an stuff, it should've been the HUGEST episode, should've been a double episode! Yep what a let down!

An WTF is killing a character like JIMMY off instead of that um,,, should way say CHLOE, I know some of ya like her, which is cool, but for deff i thought she was going!

I agree with you leee about the way it ended last season. But they didnt show doomsday dieing, and clark was to bury him in the ground, if you remember the comics doomsday came from the ground, so maybe he will be back in the future to finish clark off, ya never know.

Doomsday it just a gay character that why the season suck because doomsdays is DC comics sliver surfer a one hite wonder

her character hasnt evolved in any way at all! she's definitely no lex either-nowhere near!!! smallvilles characters havent 'evolved' at all, even lex was handled badly-him and clark became enemies because clark lied and lex hooked up with la-YAWN-sorry but smallville is so boring and so disappointing i cant be bothered to go through it all again. The show has had some good episodes but season 6, 7 and 8 finished it for me. smallville should have been amazing instead it feels more like a wasted oppurtunity.

im just glad i bought seasons 1-6 on dvd last year rather than having watched it for 8 years because i would be gutted if i had wasted 8 years to be rewarded with the poor excuse doomsday was in the S8 finale!!! i just cant believe smallville gets a season 9 when it seems to constantly disappoint fans and great shows like prison break and my name is earl get cancelled!!!!

I absolutely loved this show and must say what a let down the last couple of seasons. when i heard doomsday was going to be in this one, i was syked..what a let down. they should just do away with it now and start on something else...loved the aquaman idea but that didn't work out, Hopefully the new GL movie will start something up like a new GL series. Would love for flash to come back that show was awesome, the one in the 90's

spideysweb: glad you bought it man! that bit was indeed a pain in the ass! just aim for the ones further away and dont take your finger off the shoot button-thats how i got through it, lol! i finished it a couple weeks ago, the last few levels deliver some great moments and some great plot twists! did you ever buy InFamous? Its one of the best games iv ever played! I upload pics by going to where you create a new article. Then, on the page where you write it there is a link saying "embed image management" - from there just follow the instructions and its pretty straightforward. Hope that helps!

Oh an JOSH @ I'd prefer a NEW MUTANTS tv show before a YOUNG AVENGERS tv show, though it would be well cool!!! Pity all MARVEL has friggin done in the last decade is a canceled BLADE show after 12 eps, and MUTANT X???? WTF MARVEL???? Wheres the MOON KNIGHT, X-FACTOR tv shows promised or that BROTHER VOODOO which might of been cool, heck even that SKRULL KILL CREW thing! Very unimpressed MARVEL, very bad!

i remember that Tess character saying to Clark in the lasts episodes: "I am talking about the end of civilization", regarding letting Doomsday be free, if Clark refused to kill him...
...Clark said: "It is not your fight" or something and she said: "Then you admit it is yours!"

... and THEN the season´s finale came up.. what a mayour let down.. very poor editing, it is OBVIOUS that the Chloe-Jimmy scene at the end was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay reshooted for additional footage once the series had green-light for a new season, because those scenes make absolutely no sense with the lame "action" scnes that were taking place... we never saw what Doomsday did to GArrow and the others.. Clark just found them on the floor along with Chloe, that was way hollow.

..At the end Chloe tells Clark: "The ohters are MISSING, we can look out for them from HERE(the "Watchtower")-- THAT WAS FALSE! Flash, GArrow and the super hero girl WERE THERE AT JIMMY´S FUNERAL!!

.. Again, poor editing, making no sense with the Final Product...
"Donna pushed the button in the last moment".. WTF?! all we saw was an explosion... are we suppose to understand that that means Doomsday is encaged somewhere??! And Clark had no scars after that 3-punch season climatic "battle".

Last, but not least: Must Tess has to have that damn PERFECT AND IMMACULATE haircut ALL the time??? Really? LOL!! :-]
