San Diego Comic Con is starting today and it is time that we get some scoops from the floor for the upcoming movies. Today we already saw a bunch of pictures, and now here are some photos of the construction for Marvel Studios booth. We get to see a first look at a big statute of Thor's villain the "Destroyer" and also a throne that is being constructed which looks pretty amazing.

Take a look:







THOR is directed by Kenneth Branagh and stars Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Hopkins, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Idris Elba, Jaimie Alexander, Ray Stevenson and Joshua Dallas.

Film is set to hit theatres on May 6, 2011.

it looks like the doors behind the throne will open up to reveal him....cuz if you look in front of destroyer and behind the throne it looks like doors....

awesome find Wolvie. With that set model being the exact same set(style) as in that recent THOR pic, I wonder if the Destroyer is really hidden behind those doors for the movie.

@MarsAmbassador: I think I know why the fight with the Frost Giants will start and why Odin will banish him for it... (you'd think he'd be happy about it, right?)

Because the "cold guests" are indeed Frost Giants, but not necessarily hostile...

They could be Loki's kin; invited guests. But Thor don't take kindly to Loki inviting "their sort" and kicks off. Bad Thor! Kings need to be diplomatic sometimes... Grounded.
