"Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)




Captain America: The First Avenger is set to hit theatres on July 22!

I don't know what to think of this film!! We won't be getting reviews until the 20th which means it could suck, but everything we've seen is brilliant. UGH!!!

HOLY (faints from excitement).

Seriously, for a split second I was like, "Maybe I'm should just save it," but then my desire overpowered me. I compromised by not watching all of it. Very cool clip. And that was only about 30 seconds of 1 fight scene!

looks [frick]ing awesome.

I think the awkwardness is mostly because he hits a guy and the guy goes flying 20 feet. And even though we KNOW he's a 'Super-Solider' it seems unrealistic. Hopefully that wont actually be a problem in the film, since we'll see him come into his powers. but for a 30 second clip is looks slightly off.

Splendid. Looking forward to this, but the CGI is just a tad too fast making it unrealistic to a degree, but that's fine I'm sure no one will care that much.

the only problem I had with this was the corny sound effect when the shield slides back onto his arm. aside from that, this looked even better than i thought it would, i was thinking the big fight scenes like this were gonna be corny. NOPE!

It looks really good not too cheesy with the shield throws & catch almost realistic but i'll hold a side any real judgement till i see the movie like i did for GL....

LAME--the guys getting thrown you can tell their rigged to a harness, they may have well just shown the harness. and the bad guys must be stupid because they take him on one at a time and the last guy tries punching the shield after seeing his buddies unsuccesful... I swear this movie isnt going to meet expectations.. thank goodness for TDKR news
