Senior Charlie Brewster (Anton Yelchin) finally has it all--he's running with the popular crowd and dating the hottest girl in high school. In fact, he's so cool he's even dissing his best friend Ed (Christopher Mintz-Plasse). But trouble arrives when an intriguing stranger Jerry (Colin Farrell) moves in next door. He seems like a great guy at first, but there's something not quite right--and everyone, including Charlie's mom (Toni Collette), doesn't notice. After witnessing some very unusual activity, Charlie comes to an unmistakable conclusion: Jerry is a vampire preying on his neighborhood. Unable to convince anyone that he's telling the truth, Charlie has to find a way to get rid of the monster himself in this Craig Gillespie-helmed revamp of the comedy-horror classic.

Film is set to hit theatres on August 19!

I APPROVE...IT'S NOT REMINISCING TOO MUCH LIKE SOME FAILED "TOO NOSTALGIC" REBOOTS...IT'S A MORE CURRENT TYPE TAKE ON A GOOD IDEA. THIS ONE LOOKS LIKE IT CAN DELIVER AND THE TOTAL RECAL ONE, I'M HOPING THEY COME THROUGH WITH THAT ONE, WITH TODAYS FX IT OUGHTA BE BAD ASS...DEPENDING ON HOW THEY TACKLE IT..

Thank god they made his true form look like a monster straight from hell.
Thats one of the first things i loved in the original movie. Now if they only have gived him a Red eyes too it would have been perfect.
Now it feels like something out of the Supernatural. Which neccessarily isnt a bad thing.

I give my final sentence when i see it.

Lol, I love the line that Evil Ed says. "He's not brooding or lovesick. He's the shark from Jaws." Sounded like a call out to Twilight. Can't wait for this movie.

I was afraid this wouldn't look good. But now I am actually excited for this! Even if its completely different from the original. Plus I love Doctor Who!!! So David Tennant is the cherry on top!

Score! Knew this movie was going to turn out awesome!

Seriously, Anton Yelchin, Colin Ferrel and David Tennant in a reboot (or is it a remake?) of the classic Fright Night? This shit is going to be awesome; I mean, c'mon, David Frakin Tennant.
