A single act of both compassion and arrogance leads to a war unlike any other -- and to the RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES. The Oscar-winning visual effects team that brought to life the worlds of Avatar and Lord of the Rings is breaking new ground, creating a CGI ape that delivers a dramatic performance of unprecedented emotion and intelligence, and epic battles on which rest the upended destinies of man and primate.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes is set to hit theatres on August 5!

I saw this earlier today, but I wasn't sure if it was real or not (kinda has that fan-made vibe, but that's just me).
Cool poster though, can't wait for the movie.

I bet this won't do well at the box office at allllll.
Might be worth watching when it's on DVD but it doesn't look overly interesting.

YOU KNOW BACK IN THE DAY I GOT THE JIST OF IT ALL WATCHING ALL THE OLDER FILMS, EVOLVED APES TAKING OVER THE WORLD AND MAN WAS THEIR SLAVES, BUT TO ME THAT WAS IT, THE WHY NEVER REALLY MATTERED BECAUSE IT WAS JUST WHAT IT WAS..

BUT NOW WITH THE NEW MOVIE YOU SEE HOW IT ALL WENT DOWN, HOW SCIENCE AND WANTING TO CREATE WAYS TO HELP MAN AND EXPERIMENTATION ON ANIMALS LIKE CHIMPS COMES BACK TO BITE US IN THE ASS..

AND I'M THINKING HOW DO A BUNCH OF MONKEYS WITH SPEARS BRING DOWN THE FALL OF MAN? AND THEN I SEE STORIES OF CHIMPS RIPPING PEOPLES FACES OFF, CHIMPS... BUT YOU ADD INTELLIGENCE TO THAT STRENGTH AND YOU HAVE A REAL THREAT..I THINK THIS MOVIE SHOWS US WHAT COULD POSSIBLY HAPPEN, OR MAYBE MIGHT ALREADY BE HAPPENING.

Nice colors in the poster, but the typography looks un-balanced. Best part is the Bridge withe apes.

Hey guys I'm in India & I can confirm that this isn't fan-made...I like it too! The main USP for the poster is that they have featured Freida Pinto in it cos she's now become a very well-known name out here after Slumdog Millionaire...
