The brutal and bloodthirsty King Hyperion and his murderous Heraklion army are rampaging across Greece in search of the long lost Bow of Epirus. With the invincible Bow, the king will be able to overthrow the Gods of Olympus and become the undisputed master of his world. With ruthless efficiency, Hyperion and his legions destroy everything in their wake, and it seems nothing will stop the evil king's mission. As village after village is obliterated, a stonemason named Theseus vows to avenge the death of his mother in one of Hyperion's raids. When Theseus meets the Sybelline Oracle, Phaedra, her disturbing visions of the young man's future convince her that he is the key to stopping the destruction. With her help, Theseus assembles a small band of followers and embraces his destiny in a final desperate battle for the future of humanity.

Immortals is set to hit theatres on November 11th!

Looking good.
At least there's one movie left this year worth seeing.
I don't know if any of you guy's ever saw the original
'Jason and the Argonauts'-the old Ray Harry...whatever his last name is- movie, but I am convinced this would absolutely be EPIC if done in the '300' style. With the added ending of Jason sailing back to Thessaly ,after picking up Hercules off that island he was left on, to fight and defeat Pelias to regain his father's throne. THAT battle ALONE could be epic , with Hercules, the Argonauts and Jason maybe having to fight an army of Minotaurs or something in addition to Pelias's army.

^^^AWESOME SCENE! With all the CGI tech available today, this movie could be something really special.
I'd like to see Peter Jackson direct it IMO.

"So does he know that he like butchered my mother, dude?" lol. What's with the dialogue? They couldn't even just try to sound like they were ancient greeks? I'm not digging the dialogue AT ALL so far, in particular Mickey Rourke. I hope this is good, but I have a sneaky suspicion that it won't be.
