A Thank You Note to my Favourite Website!

I wasn't sure whether I wanted to write this or not, but I wanted everybody to know just how much this website has impacted my life.

I have already thanked the site owner for this personally, but I decided that I wanted everyone to know what this website has done for me and my future.

I have been working on a fantasy fiction story for a long time. I put a lot of time and effort into it over the years, but never had the guts to publish it. My nerves always got the better of me when I even thought about publishing my work. However, a little over a year ago, two years at most, I decided that I would take advantage of CBM's Fan Fic section. Some users on the site may remember me posting White Fire here. The reaction was mixed, but for the most part positive. As I continued to post little pieces of my story, more users began reading it regularly. After seeing this reaction, I began to gain confidence in my work. My confidence grew to the point where I began SERIOUSLY considering publishing.

I am now proud to say that I am ready to go through with it and will be publishing my first book September 1, 2012. This is in no small part because of this website and its administration. If it wasn't for me being able to use CBM as a test run for my story, I never would have gained the confidence to do this. My success story started here, at CBM.

Thank you, CBM, for allowing your users the freedom to showcase their hard work.

Thank you, for starting me on the road to success!
