Via XMF, "The Wolverine" director James Mangold recently tweeted that crew have packed their bags for Tokyo, Japan, where on-location filming will take place.

“We are all enroute to Japan today." said Mangold on Saturday. Part two of the shoot begins today- shooting in the land of the rising sun.”



Based on the celebrated comic book arc, "The Wolverine" finds Logan, the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed.
