I don't know what I think about this new vehicle. On one hand it looks cool but on the other hand it doesn't look very functional.

Man, Nolan's really getting boring, now. Bring on the Batman reboot. One that is closer to the comics. The Batman film we all deserve. '70s/'80s era Batman. Let Nolan go do some big epic. He used to be perfect for Batman, when he did Batman Begins, but he's chganged and he's just so not a good fit anymore.
REBOOT!!! A COOL [frick]IN REBOOT!!!

I'm still confused s to what this is. If it's meant to fly a person it's def a one manned vehicle.

Well I guess he's throwing realism out the window with this one.
The bad guys steal his rides, so he just whips up a new one... that [frick]in flies!

Who said this was even the Batwing? Its just a bunch of fans speculating on what it is. You guys do know that we only get to see what Nolan wants us to see, that is why every shot that has been leaked only confuses us and doesn't really give away whats happening in the story. Nolan wants it that way until the movie is released.

Looks great, can't wait to see it in action.

Well Batman's vehicles have always resembled each other. So I'm not surprised at how this looks.

Would be a cool looking Batwing...but I think it's a new rig to protect the IMAX cameras from Anne Hathaway driving skills.

Well, this is a surprise. Didn't think we'd actually see this in the Nolanverse.

... it is a plane, right?

It does look like the top armor from th Tumbler
How could you say it sucks when you don't even know what it is...
It could be the Tumbler's armor,
or the driving portion of the Batwing, with the rest added in with special effects
Supes17
Supes17 - 8/12/2011, 9:26 AM
I hated how the batwing from '89 was the logo. I saw the movie on tv when I was 5 and said "how the heck would that thing fly?" and switched the channel lol
even kids know

@spideydude.......yep, I would absolutely have to say that, lol. I mean you can even see a non-armored tumbler next to it.....who know though, nolan does love to confuse his audience.
Supes17
Supes17 - 8/12/2011, 9:28 AM
The logo is on the costume @nailbiter.
Its just that its not in a Bright Yellow bullseye like the old movies.
seriously, it would be hard to hide with that bright yellow bat logo on your chest:p

Is it really a "new" vehicule or just the top parts of a tumbler...a blown up tumbler... just thinking...cause it doesn't look like a complete vehicule, like, at all!
Manof2moro
Manof2moro - 8/12/2011, 9:35 AM
I know it's been said already but....it kinda looks like the top of the tumbler will detach to fly/hover? Have to wait and see...

He pretty much IS the logo. Look at the poster. When he swoops down or when he glides over the villains and terrified people, you can clearly see that his entire suit along with estreched wings FORM the Bat-Logo!
Thats pretty epic. Its like saying "I am the Batman!" every time he glides
His suit is the logo

Superman on the other hand..........:p
he relies on having the S symbol all over the damn costume. Even on his boots O_o
dont believe me? take a closer look at the SR costume or buy and action figure from the movie
