The first four minutes is just of Nolan setting up the scene and JGL texting on his phone. Then a scene takes place in the alley with gunfire and explosions, but this time you can see JGL out in front. You get an even better look at him in action when the scene starts up again halfway past the seven minute mark. Which in my opinion is the prize of the video. After that there are couple other scenes, just skip around to get to them.
The guy shooting the video was able to once again film Christopher Nolan's monitor with his zoom feature allowing you to see a blurred view of the possible finished product.

They shot scenes from Batman in the alley behind my house in los angeles, so I grabbed my DV Camera and shot some scenes myself! It seems there are some major spoilers among these clips, so DON'T WATCH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW!!.
