@Joker13- Agreed I wish Riddler would have been in it.

I want Jim Parsons from Big Bang Theory to play Riddler.

I'm looking forward to this movie and to be honest I really dont have a bad feeling about this movie. I personally think that if people lowered their expectations a little bit more they would find that what we are seeing for this movie is not a lot whole lot different then what we saw for Batman Begins or even The Dark Knight. Truth be told Nolan movies dont generate an amazing amount of hype and it seems that Warner Brothers doesnt want people to be super excited mostly because of how sucessful The Dark Knight was. Everybody who has liked Nolan's Batman films up to now has an emotional attachment to The Dark Knight partially because of Heath's death and because nobody thought that a Batman film could be that good. My bet is that The Dark Knight Rises could be just as good if not better than The Dark Knight, and say its not then there is still a very good chance that it could be just as good as Batman Begins which would be fine for me and I hope for the fans.

After seeing the Batwing, Nolan should do a Metal Gear Solid movie.

Levitt reminds me of T-1000

Wonder why they just didnt name his character as Harvey Bullock if they wanted to make him a cop.

@Intruder, Spot on! You know what else I didn't like about Heath's Joker? Where the [frick] were all his joke/toy weapons? Those are like his trademark. I hate Nolan's reinventing of every character to fit his "realistic" setting.

@Intruder That bothered me too how Joker escaped from the MCU. My only guess to how he pulled it off was that the bomb released a knock-out gas that he was immune to. Still the best movie of 2008 though. Sorry slumdog.

Heath Ledgers performance was legendary.

One of the best interpretations of the Joker ever and I have read all of his stories. All that Joker gimmicks stuff is cool for animations, video games & comics — even though in the Joker's first incarnation he disn't use such campy stuff. Blame it on the 60s.

@ Intruder is just jealous because his Mom loved Ledger as the Joker more than she ever loved him

wants to capture batman....to become robin. he has what looks like such a pointless role! he stood there pointing his gun. any extra could do that. I bet Nolan is lying about who he(JGL) really is

@HeroKiller- Well said, though I don't entirely agree.

@Intruder- Stop sipping the Hate-orade, friend.

Heath Ledger did get a little too much hype, in my opinion. He did great, but I think a lot of people would have been great. If anything, David Goyer and the Nolans should get the credit for writing the character that way. Most people liked it, some people hated it. All in all though, probably the best comic book movie villain of all time.
