Then you have have Sam Claflin who is playing Prince Charmant, probably eliminating Charming from the name due to it sounding too corny for this darker retelling of the fairy tale. Funny enough, the other Snow White film,
Mirror, Mirror is also avoiding calling their Prince, Prince Charming. That was done out of a request from Armie Hammer, who says he wouldn't take the part if he was called Prince Charming.
