The promotional push for Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man seems to be kicking into gear. Yesterday Sony released a new poster, and today we have new banners for you to chew on.

Seems like the marketing team at Sony has a split personality. Yesterday we got a dark gritty poster that left some fans pleased and others ticked off. This time we have a very splashy and colorful display of Spidey, and it makes you wonder if Sony even knows what type of movie they have.

The Amazing Spider-Man focuses more on Peter Parker’s high school days and the development of his powers while navigating the troubles of a brainy geek in high school. And starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field, the films swings into theaters July 3, 2012 in 3D!

We haven't really seen the costume in bright light that's why the costume seemed dark and bad that's why the first pic looks so good.

@Ranger14 Tobey Maguire's costume had the same textures, the only difference in that costume is light colors, raised webbing and looked a little more classic.
