DEBUNKED: Does THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Masters Catwoman Figure Reveal Cowl?

Movie Masters prides themselves on making movie accurate pieces, and if that holds up this would mean Anne Hathaway's Catwoman costume has another surprise up it's sleeve. Click the jump and decide.

DEBUNKED: It appears that entertainmentearth.com has uploaded the wrong toy images in the Movie Masters description. These are NOT toys from that toyline.

Batman Dark Knight Rises Movie Masters Catwoman Figure
From Christopher Nolan's 3rd installment of the Batman trilogy - The Dark Knight Rises comes this ultra detailed, movie accurate Movie Masters 6-inch Catwoman action figure! This 6-inch scale Catwoman action figure is designed with authentic detail and supreme quality. The Catwoman action figure comes with a Batsignal piece!

My initial reaction was that this had to be just created for the toyline, but Movie Masters isn't that type of company. Just look at the image below, this new Catwoman costume design is in the same series as movie accurate designs of Batman and Bane. The description itself, that you can read above clearly states, "movie accurate Movie Masters 6-inch Catwoman action figure."

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th 2012 and stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as Jim Gordon, Tom Hardy as Bane, Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake and Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tate.

I will be surprised if that turns out to be true, I actually prefer the design from the pics, albeit they have been out of context, but I feel they clearly have some use to them, which will be great to see.

I hope there is a costume change, like she teams up with Batman and he supplies her with a cowl.

Thats a new costume as well on that toy, Selina's in the movie has knee high heel boots with silver heels, and elbow length gloves.

Maybe thats her self-made costume, and she gets a new one. Either way, I kinda like the suit Nolan's going with.

She's missing the heels. Has to be a mix up.

Impossible. Nolan would never dream of following the comics.

It's the catwoman from the Dcusuperheroes line that proceeded the current dcuniverse figures. They repainted her for purple for the dcu gotham city 5 pack for walmart. She will not look like this in the film, unfortunately.
