Well I don't watch V, so I can't comment. But she really sucked it up on Smallville, Olivia Wilde would be better IMO (she's had blonde hair before). Plus, Renner would act circles around Vandervoort, it'd be unfair :)

And I'm sorry, but McPartlin just doesn't have what it takes to be Cap at all. He's decent on Chuck, but that's about it.

@JoshW - I disagree, Johansson is the best choice.

That's a great casting. Though I have my preferences.

Hawkeye: Your three picks are nice, but if I had to make a top 3, I'd have:

1. Josh Holloway (I Know he's your pick for Corsair but I think Liam Neeson would fit the role better.)
2. Bradley Cooper
3. Chris Pine

Trickshot: For some reason I can't see Renner as Hawkeye, but when I look at him the first character that comes to my mind is Trickshot. Besides Guy Pearce is my pick for Vision.

Captain America: McPartlin is a second choice for me, I prefer Garrett Hedlund for Cap.

Scarlet Witch: Beckinsale is great, but Eva Green would be perfect.

Mockingbird: I haven't seen Vandervoort yet. But antway I think Yvonne Strahovski would be awesome.

Ackles for Hawkeye..perfect ;)

Great cast bud!!!!!! I don't know your Swordsman, but if you think he can pull it off then I'm all for it. The rest are great!!!! I finally got caught up on Chuck (I missed half of the second season and the beginnig of 3, but now I'm up-to-date) and I gotta say that Ryan McPartlin would be great as Cap!!!! Finally saw the Hurt Locker and Jeremy Renner would be the greatest Hawkeye EVER!!!!!!! His role in Hurt Locker was very similar in nature to that of Hawkeye!!!! Great cast again @Josh!!!!

TYLER: Interesting pick with Wilde! I'd like to see her as an older Kitty Pryde personally! I do really have to disagree with you about McPartlin...he's brilliant in Chuck and though its not the biggest part in the show I've seen enough of him to believe that, if given the chance, he'd make an amazing Captain America!

XmutantX: None taken - I've never actually seen Beckinsale, Weaving, Suchet Amalric or Pearce cast in these roles before and if you're referring to the Cap and Hawkeye choices thats just because they're popular picks with the majority on CBM!

ThalesNJ: Thanks man! Josh Holloway is an interesting choice for Hawkeye but I cant see it really...plus, as you said, he's my top choice for Corsair! Yeah, I could see Renner as Trickshot! Eva Green is perfect for Scarlet Witch but I've seen her in a fair few other casts (including my own!) so I decided to go for someone different with this cast! I'm going to have to stop you there with Strahovski though - she'd be a great Mockingbird but she was born to play Ms. Marvel IMO! :)



pietro: I think a younger pair of actors would be fine for a movie like X-Men: First Class but for an Avengers film, these two are the right age I think!

Ryden: As McPartlin is now my #1 Captain America choice, I'd actually be more than happy to see Ackles as Hawkeye!

ANIL: Hmmm...interesting choice with Cuthbert! Personally, I'd like to see her as Black Cat (though the reboot makes that unlikely!) or in any superheroine costume really, lol! ;)

CRITIC: Thanks mate! My Swordsman choice played the main bad guy in Quantum of Solace! He's a great actor and brilliant at playing a villain! I;m glad you've caught up with Chuck...its an excellent TV show and with every episode I saw that McPartlin was in I became more and more convinced, like you, that he's perfect for Captain America!

I only saw The Hurt Locker for the first time last month and after watching it I was also convinced that Renner is THE best choice to play Clint Barton!

DDD: Thanks bud! :) Renner is my top Hawkeye choice but I'd be just as happy with Pine in the role as I would seeing either Ackles or McPartlin get Cap! Thanks for the advice - I hadnt heard about that show and it sound pretty damned excellent! (plus anything with Elisha Cuthbert is worth watching just to see her, lol!)

XmutantX: I dont think you understood wat I was saying. I hate to correct you but I was one of the first people to include Ryan McPartlin in Captain America fan casts and it's not my fault that other users also want to see actors like Renner as Hawkeye - its nothing to do with popularity or being a copycat, I cast who I think is the best choice for the role and if other people also think the same whether thats before or after I've cast them then they too are entitled to their opinion. And why would I change actors who have already been cast in roles? Sorry you feel let down but to me, it looks like you're the only one who does!

not sure if Hawkeye could get his own movie, but I agree on your comment to xmutantx, I may seem like i'm copying everyone with my Reed, but I think Crudup is perfect, people really need to calm down and take a breath before typing some of the comments, how can you not copy sometimes they are specific characters? people are bound to copy each other plus isn't that the point to get people to like your castings and see why this actor is perfect for this role. it's not like hollywood would really take our castings to heart its all just a matter of opinion,

Awesome stuff. What I love about this is that you've picked the exact same people for Hawkeye as me. They're all awesome but my favourite would be Chris Pine. Although I originally wanted him as Cap. God damn Chris Evans lol :P
