After the cancellation of the popular Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon, fans have been hoping for a new series of the same quality to take its place, and the following might just be exactly that! As well as our first look at Spider-Man swinging around the city, we also see (Ultimate) Nick Fury and J. Jonah Jameson as voiced by J.K. Simmons!

I like the art,definitely going to check this out and looks like SHIELD are going to be heavily involved. I think IGN mentioned that this was only test footage and that they were going to work on the animation style even more, but to me it looks perfectly fine.

looked good,but i'm not a fan of ultimate universe.

i suppose its alright for a cartoon,but not live action.

@marvel72 well not all of its based on ultimate universe bendis even mentioned it him self a lot of the stuff is going to be new material the writers of the show came up with so you don't have to be a fan of the ultimate universe

The animation looks the same as Young Justice! If it gets better I don´t know how will it look like. Anybody notice MJ, seems like she know who is Spider-Man. Who is voicing Nick Fury and Peter Parker.

I won´t lie to you people, when it was announced I thought it would be just like The Brave and The Bold [Spidey teamming up with other heroes] ,but now I see that this may have a prominent future. I hope it lasts longer than TSSM.

but I guess they will not crossover this with Avengers EMH...unless that EMH's Fury gets his head shaved for season 2 lol :P

Nick Fury sounds similar to the one in EMH. I don't see any crossovers happening with EMH unless the Fury of that show loses his hair in a later episode to go with the Ultimate Fury's look.

Actually... Looks good, animation-wise. Which is weird for Marvel (except Hulk VS Wolverine)
