So far, we've seen a few stills and reviews for the cancelled Wonder Woman TV show (as well as a single official shot of Adrianne Palicki in costume and a couple of dozen set photos) and while the pilot episode has so far not emerged online for the world to see, the following promo has! @FrankLeeGitnit: She wears the vambracelets in case you've forgotten. Besides, she is invulnerable to most human weapons anyways. The material that the Vambracelets are made of isn't plentiful enough, and any human made armour would be pointless since it would about as effective as her skin. Lghtweight materials actually make sense.

I THINK what Cherry was trying to get at was this COULD have been awesome... IF the producers actually KNEW the characters backstories and actually CARED about then and comic books in general instead of treating the property like some bullsh!t pre-pubescent hormone-driven male fantasy!
