I have no idea whether these were leaked online or released through official channels, but Uruloki Blog have posted two fantastic new promotional images from The Amazing Spider-Man, similar to the one which was first released when the title was announced a while back. What do you guys think of these? It seems like they've listened to the negative response from fans and changed the shoes from silver to a red and blue design far more similar to the comic books. I still hate the new costume. It looks like it is made out of scales or something and there is too much blue in it.

Anywho, the blue in the suit looks kinda wierd. Looks like a velcro suit. Maybe thats what makes him stick.

Pretty cool! They're all CGI I think. What's up with his feet? No silver anymore? They've changed all the colours around.
I still don't get why his eyes are gold in these promo pics.

so not a fan of the suit,Sam raimis suit rocked and looked stunning,i still have spiderman 3 wallpaper coz it looks stunning,this looks very cheap,hope the story is at least good and fun like the originals

Both pictures have to be fake. The red is too shiney, and the silver straps on the shoes are now red.

I want to be excited or even interested in this movie but I can't. I guess I'm having too hard of a time letting go of the first 3 films (well, the first 2 at least!). I don't like the new design of the suit and I'm definitely not looking forward to the whole origins story again. I'll end up watching it online instead.

I like it...not the red stripe down his leg but definitely the more vibrant blue...also Garfield definitely has a more lean slender physique that better suits Spidey...

I really don't like the new costume, but I understand the motivation behind it. They wanted to make it seem ad-hoc, like Peter actually pieced the suit together himself. They just failed from having the design deviate a little too much where it matters.
