I've been a fan of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for as long as I can remember. Anyone who has ever watched him in the WWE (formerly the WWF) will know just how great an athlete he is, and how entertaining his segments on the microphone always were, and still are. Like many wrestling fans, I was disappointed when he decided to leave and pursue acting, and while some films weren't great, there's no denying just how good he's been in all of them. Personally, I would love to see him in a superhero role sometime in the near future, and when the opportunity arose on Twitter earlier tonight to ask him which one he'd be most interested in playing, I was luck enough to receive the following answer...
I love Luke Cage as a character and can't wait for Marvel Studios to get him up on the big screen where he belongs. I'm not sure about you, but I think Johnson would kick all kinds of ass in the role! I must confess that I've never considered him for it in the past, but I certainly wouldn't complain if he nabbed the part in an adaptation. What do you guys think?
