Yes, that is indeed Marion Cotillard's Miranda Tate in the front seat of the HEMTT! Also below is an alternative view of the crash which Tate is clearly involved in...this pretty much confirms that she'll be a villain, but does it confirm that she's actually Talia Al Ghul?! Of course Marion is playing Talia al Ghul... every actor involved with the previous movies (Bale, Caine, Oldman & Freeman) have said in interviews that Nolan is "coming full circle on the the trilogy"... My guess is that the big reveal in TDKR will be that Talia and the League of Shadows were behind the Joker's rampage in TDK... remember the Joker said to Dent, "do I look like I have a plan? I'm just a dog chasing cars... I just... do." What if the League were really the one's behind the Joker's campaign of anarchy? Think about it... in Begins, Ras wanted to create a climate of fear in Gotham and "watch the city tear itself apart." It's more or less the same thing the Joker was trying to accomplish in TDK... and many critics of TDK wonder how in the hell the Joker was able to accomplish all the things he did (getting close enough to government officials, infiltrating a mob hideout, weapons, man power, etc...) Maybe Talia and the League were behind him the whole time... That would certainly seal all three movies together in a nice tight trilogy.

@Avenger: Interesting take, I really like that. The story COULD work if they play it out that way, but that would mean they'd have to explain the Joker/League relationship and IMO that wouldn't be complete without a Joker cameo. From what I understand that isn't happening. Aside from Ledger's death, didn't Nolan say Joker wouldn't be in this one at all?

Anywho, the story arc of Talia coming in to avenge her Father's death and carry out his mission to kill Bruce and take out Gotham does work in my head.

Yeah, she has to be Talia Al Ghul. I remember seeing set pictures of her during the summer and the clothes that she was wearing is something you would not see working at Wayne Enterprise.

No way she´s Ra´s wife because joey King is playing the young Talia,she filmed with Josh Pence in India.
Zero chances for Miranda being Ra´s wife.
She is Talia...no doubt.
I just don´t know for sure if it´s her inside the truck at the moment of the fall.
