Transformer 2 Fans Are Confused!!!

This Moviefone poll results are very interesting and contradicting.

This from Moviefone:

"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" was selected as the worst film of 2009, but at the same time, was also voted the best action movie of 2009, ahead of "Avatar," "Star Trek," "2012," "District 9" and "Watchmen."

They had to be talking about worst plot direction when they say worst film because the very next sentence is that it got voted best action movie of 2009. Which, as weird as it sounds, makes sense.

They have also got Megan Fox twisted up as well. Megan won the sexiest female star award from "Transformers 2." On the flip side of that Fox also won the worst actress award for "Transformers 2."

So what your saying here is that she is hot as hell but dumb as a box of rocks. You got to love the ups and downs of Hollywood!!!

The people over at Moviefone made their voices heard. What say you?

How the hell can Revenge of the Fallen be the worst film!? The film was excellent & successful in the box office.

i think GI Joe deserves the worst movie award...by far. GI Joe was an embarassment to the franchise, the actors, anyone involved in making it, and the fans. you could put that movie on mute and you would have NO IDEA it was a GI Joe movie. what a failure. weak ass plot, terrible CGI, bad, broken up action sequences (including the snake eyes and storm shadow fights), bad acting, and horrible casting. it was terrible in every way shape and form. i literally laughed my ass off in the theatre when storm shadow flew around on that jet pack.

at least transformers was entertaining on some levels. GI Joe was not. i wanted to walk out on GI Joe half way into it, but didn't...unfortunately.

The movie was just plain awful! The action may have been good in parts, but it wasn't worth sitting through the constant barrage of idiotic jokes that preceded it!

loved the movie. made over $400 million domestically so a couple people out there must have liked it.

g.i. joe was the worst, no two ways about it. It made the cartoon look sophisticated by comparison.

The movie was cool but full of plot holes...and yes, megan fox was sexy but her acting could've been a little better.

The movie had good action but it sucked over all. and just cuz it made money doesn't automatically make a good movie. megan is hot but dumb. thats what i think of this

Drop all this Transformers 2 shit. It's so pointless. If it wins awards for certain things, stop getting a bug up your ass.

And I like how Megan Fox is portrayed like Miley Cyrus. Believe me, you'd be on the Fox bandwagon in a heartbeat if you had to put up with 24/7 Miley news. Meanwhile, we haven't heard jack shit from Megan.

I just watched Transformers 2 this past weekend. As soon as I heard the words "Punk Ass" come out of Optimus Prime at the beginning of the movie, I lost all respect for how the movie was going to go. It kept pretty true to form for what I expected after that. For the action, it was okay. I didn't care for how they were trying to give the Autobots "Street Cred".

so people make me laugh cause it made money does not mean its a good movie. Batman and Robin, Wolverine, etc made money but they was bad.

Transformers 2 had good action but it was bad actually G.I. Joe and Transformers 2 both was bad. but i dont think they should be the worst film of 2009 it should go to Dragonball movie or Street Fighter the legend of Chun-Li.

Megan Fox is good looking shes not dumb but she just cant act.

I personally liked Transformers 2, but it is clear that that was a bad movie. Terrible acting, ridiculous and overbearing plot with more holes than swiss cheese, little to no character development, and of course, just Micheal Bay in general.

G.I. Joe and 2012 were definitely the worst of this year, I enjoyed Transformers 2, it wasn't the bee's knees of all movies, but it entertained me.

Transformers while visualy beautiful is not going to win best picture at the Oscars. However, it is an action oriented film and from the box office returns it pleased the audience who it meant to please. Michael Bay knows what he is doing. Does he want an Oscar? Probably not. The movie made a ton of money. Awards really mean nothing nowadays. The movie is based off a toy line. What do we really expect from it? Citizen Kane?

I liked Transfomers 2 for the most but just did not like Mudflap and Skid parts and was just confused when Devastator was all together in one scene then in the next scene taking place at the same time in another area we see one of his robot parts attacking someone else. Also there were plot holes but I believe that most can be explained.

For me the best 3 films of the year are The Watchman, Star Trek and Inglorious Bastards.

The worst films were GI Joe and 2012. Oh and Wolverine but I actually enjoyed the first half of Wolverine then loathed the second half with all my heart

Man I didnt like the movie. The worst thing about the movie was the group didnt even fight Devastator, he was a giant hunk of crap. His only purpos was to eat the pyramid WTF were you thinking Michael Bay.

Personally I didn't think Transformers was that bad. here's my personal list.

Favorite Movie of the Year - Avatar/Star Trek tied for this one.

Movie that pissed me off most of the Year - X-men Origins: Wolverine.

Best CBM of the Year - Watchmen.

Worst Script of the Year - G.I. Joe (keep in mind I still enjoyed this movie(more so than Wolverine.), but I do file it with my Troma movies as it was poorly written and cheesy.)

Best Effects - Avatar

Movies like Transformers, Terminator Salvation(didn't hate this movie but I had problems with it but that's for another time.), District 9 I enjoyed but they didn't make my list of best or worst.

It was not the worst film of 2009. New Moon was or at least Jennifer's Body... Also YES I watch New Moon and OMG... I want 2 hours of my life back... Bella is one of the worst role models for girls, and I don't see what makes this story such a great love story. She got dumped so she decides to put her life in danger just to see an illusion of the guy and then she has dreams and screams bloody murder at night?? Can you say [frick]ing pathetic?

Transformers 2 was bad. It suffered from a lack-luster plot and just overall did not live up to the first one. Besides the fact that Megan Fox isn't that hot, she's over rated, and I'm a guy. It was a visualy stunning movie thats why it gotr best action flick. But the movie was overall bad.
