I'm sick of the registration story line. I really hope they don't go the Civil War route.

Excited. Not as much as for The film mind you but still.

Yea, Civil War may be a tad bit too early. Would be good for season 3. Excited to see more of the cosmic side of Marvel this season :)

So how is cap supposed to throw that shield...
superotherside
superotherside - 4/6/2012, 12:12 PM
CaptainAmerica Of course they won't do it this season. They'll just throw in some hints to it in this season then do it next season. Much like they didn't do the Kree/Skrull War last season but they certainly did throw in a ton of hints to what was coming. Trust me it'll be great.

Ha1frican He doesn't, at least not what I've seen of that kind of shield in the comics. I don't mind them using this shield for a while but he better get the regular back mid season or so.

Yeah, funny thing happened to me when I watched last episode, I was thinking why doesn't Cap get to do more stuff? Then I realized of course, if he's a Skrull he's not going to try as hard as the real Cap. Then I was like... oh okay, that's awesome. Hopefully we'll get the real Cap to come back soon though... wonder where they took him?

It's not that I hate the Civil War story line, I'm just sick of it. I want to see them come up with something new.

@RidiculousFanBoyDemands

I think they're just following the more recent story lines in the comic books, and Civil War happens to be the turning point that leads into everything else.

It would be nice to see more arcs that are pulled out of the older The Avengers comic books.

I posted this on the "ask joss whedon anything" article but i'll put it here too..."someone should ask him if they mention war machine in the movie and why he isnt there. i'm sure that'd be something the general audience would be wondering, considering there is an all out alien invasion going on and fury says they are outgunned and whatnot."

anyways this is a great show, love it

Does anyone remember what happen to Nick Fury last season?

I remember an episode where Black Widow said she was a double agent cause Fury told her to. And he was the only one that can clear her name but she said Fury disappeared. I think she was talking to Hawkeye?

Anybody remembers that?

That was odd hearing hill talk about the ff,xmen and spiderman. This really is a marvel univese show. Didnt realise how much i missed this from marvel shows. Disney have done a good thing there getting all the rights back.Hopefully they can get a third season because as it stands this is the last one.

@RidiculousFanBoyDemands-The civil war was one of the best events that happened in the marvel universe.
Maybe the mention of registration is a set up for the civil war to happen later on in the series.

Wow. Registration? Interesting. Personally, I love Civil War, I can understand what Ridiculous means. The event happened less than 10 years ago and it has already been incorporated into a video game, and eveyone (including myself) wants to see it on film. It does feel a little bit early to bring that story to this series, but seeing how Marvel series have gone this past decade, there's no guarantee we'll have this show for a 3rd season. I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out on this show.
