Kyle MacLachlan Officially Returning For New TWIN PEAKS; See Him Back In The Suit
"How's Annie?" MacLachlan has been busy menacing the Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. of late, but he's now been confirmed to return as Agent Dale Cooper to lead 9 brand new episodes of Twin Peaks. David Lynch has also posted a pic of the actor in his iconic black suit, coffee cup in hand!
Last year, Twin Peaks co-creators David Lynch and Mark Frost announced that the iconic series would return in 2016 for a third season of nine episodes, directed by Lynch himself. Fans were left pretty disappointed with how the show ended almost 25 years ago, and although a prequel film (Fire Walk With Me) provided some additional weirdness for them to digest, none of us ever thought we'd be getting a direct continuation of that final, disturbing scene involving Agent Dale Cooper's bloody head and a mirror.
