A report on Gal Gadot joining the cast of Greg Mottola's Keeping Up With The Joneses reveals when the actress is set to shoot her solo Wonder Woman movie for Warner Bros., after first appearing in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice.

In their report on Gal Gadot joining the cast of Greg Mottola's Keeping Up With The Joneses as Diana Jones, Deadline offer an update on the Fast Furious actress' upcoming role as a certain other Diana. Last we heard, director Michelle MacLaren (Game Of Thrones, The Walking Dead) actually didn't officially have a green light from Warner Bros. to shoot the solo Wonder Woman flick and was still working out the script with Pan screenwriter Jason Fuchs.

Well, evidently that's changed, as the site reports that cameras are set to roll on the movie this Fall with a June 2017 release date in mind. Zack Snyder recently shared our first look at Aquaman from Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, so perhaps another official image of Gal Gadot as Princess Diana is not far away.

This doesn't make any sense. How come they are shooting projects 2 years in advance? They did this with MoS. It's a little weird.

-How do you know she hasn't read it yet
-Fall is more than 6 months from now. And WB trends to shoot early, as opposed to marvel who shoots closer to the release date

Well WB produces many different film and tv projects per year , so they need time to dedicate. Marvel on the other hand shoots closer to the release date of the film because they only 2/3 marvel films a year, plus 2 shows

Man I read this like 5 times trying to understand it. The reason is I thought Michelle MacLaren was somehow involved in the Keeping Up With The Joneses movie. I red the Deadline article and there was nothing about Michelle MacLaren in it so wondering how she was connected confused the hell out of me.

Then I saw where it said Gal was shooting Wonder Woman in the fall and I understood how Michelle MacLaren was connected to the news of Gal in the Keeping Up With The Joneses movie.

On topic with Gal: she looks no skinnier than Scarlet as Black Widow, Berry as Storm, Famke as Jean, Jamie as Sif, and more.

The question is not whether Gal physically looks like Wonder Woman but does she have the acting chops to pull it off.

While she just has Fast and Furious films, the fact she's in upcoming films with actors like Zach Galifianakis, Jon Hamm, Woody Allen, Kevin Costner, Gary Oldman, Aaron Paul, Casey Affleck, Woody Harrelson, Kate Winslet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Anthony Mackie, and Norman Reedus. I mean seriously name me an actor or an actress who's next 3 films has actors and actress that talented and the next 3 films for the actor or actress isn't a franchise.

And the fact her upcoming films include directors like Ariel Vromen (who directed The Iceman with Michael Shannon which I loved) and John Hillcoat (who directed Lawless which I liked).

I've come to either 2 conclusions.

Gal gives some great head

or Gal took acting lessons and is actually a talented actress.

Looking forward to seeing Gal as Wonder Woman I think she will be great. And im interested in the solo Wonder Woman film. I am glad DC are planning one hopefully they show Diana as a warrior and a badass.

I really hope the Wonder Woman film is based off Brain Azzarello and Cliff Chiang's Wonder Woman. They took Wonder Woman to another level. Love how now Diane's the God of War.



Unfortunately now the Finchs took over it and yea, it went to shit. Still Azzarello and Chaing's stuff is great.

I want to be excited for this film; I'm just a little concerned that there will be some cheesy, out of place, feminist agenda thrown in there.

And no, I'm not sexist and yes I have read Gods and Mortals, I just wish directors would be a lot more subtle about encouraging diversity and equality.

Yea let's ask Marvel fans who they should have cast for Justice League considering y'all hated RDJ for Iron Man, Evans for Captain America, Hemsworth for Thor, and hated when it was announced Joss Whedon was directing Avengers.

Because y'all got such good taste in predicting how terrible those 4 things will be.....

How is fall of 2015 an early time to shoot a movie that comes out in June of 2017? That's pretty damn regular for any film.

I'd say it's too soon to start filming but Wonder Woman comes out in 2017. I'm just curious to know what characters will be in the movie and the casting choices and which sources of comics the production will take inspiration from.

To be honest i don't really understand why people are so displeased with Gal Gadot's weight. Her Wonder Woman reminds me of the DC Animated Justice League Unlimited.
