This may change before the movie is released, but for now it seems the TMNT sequel is going with the subtitle "Half-Shell"; as in, heroes in a. This was revealed by Los Angeles Clippers player J.J. Redick, who will appear in the movie along with team-mates Austin Rivers, Matt Barnes, Spencer Hawes, and DeAndre Jordan. Their scenes were shot during the week, and also involve Will Arnett and new cast member Alessandra Ambrosio. Skip to around the 00.45 point in the video below to hear for yourselves.


David Green is directing the movie, which will also see William Fichtner and Megan Fox reprise their roles. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Half-Shell will hit theaters everywhere on June 3, 2016.

Just Half-Shell? That doesn't really make any sense... where's Casey Jones' casting anyways? They need to wash away the thought that a model with less skill than Megan Fox is going to be on screen with Mefan Fox

Since Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is already a pretty out-there name and since this is supposed to be a Dimension X based movie, how about...

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES IN SPACE

...?
Seriously. They could make it work.
And for the sequels?

and
RETURN OF THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES.

I guess HALF-ASSED TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES will have to do.

If this movie wants to take advantage of being in the right place at the right time, it should be especially cosmic.
After Guardians of the Galaxy and Star Wars VII, audiences will be primed for Cosmic movies. And it is also the next logical step in the storyline, what with revealing the "Secret of the Ooze" and Krang and the Utroms and Dimension X and alla that jazz.

Seriously though, TMNT had some good things but it felt so lazy. Not enough time dedicated to the Turtles, and a stupid change to the origin story.
