New FANTASTIC FOUR Stills Feature 'Human Torch', 'Invisible Woman', & 'Doom'

20th Century Fox has released 3 new images from Josh Trank's upcoming Fantastic Four reboot. At first glance a couple of them appear to be hi-res screen-grabs from the trailer, but there is a slightly different pic of Victor Domashev/Dr. Doom which provides a more detailed look at the villain...

FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

Directed by Josh Trank, The Fantastic Four reboot stars Miles Teller as Mr. Fantastic, Michael B. Jordan as the Human Torch, Kate Mara as Invisible Woman, and Jamie Bell as the Thing. The film is scheduled for release on August 7, 2015.

I like Doom's look.
It's less clunky than in the comics and more subtle.

Also, I wonder why Sue and Johnny are fighting

movie looks worse and worse each day. I was fine and excited with the casting choices, but it has gone downhill since then

I dont care if FOX wants to keep rebooting FF but at least give Marvel back Silver Surfer. He deserves to be apart of the MCU Cosmic movies and not collecting dust on the FOX shelf of toys we don't want to play with but won't let Marvel play with either.

I really don't like Doom's look in this film. I agree with everybody who said he looks like a foot soldier from Power Rangers or something. I like the choice of Toby Kebbell to play him though, so I'll wait and see.

I don't hate this Doom, but I feel like we're never going to get the Doom we deserve.

The mouth area on Doom's face resembles his suit Victor wore when we saw him in the N-Zone. It probably gets fused with his skin and end up like that set photo we saw. Now seeing if he'll tear that second layer off of his skin or don armor over top of it remains to be seen.

At least the first movies gave him the proper helmet. That metal skin just looks horrible.

Of course, Marvel probably wouldn't do much better (Daredevil anyone?). Snyder and DC are the only ones getting costumes right. They would probably give us something awesome like this:

Everything is good. It'll be a good movie. The source material faithfulness is good. Trank is good. Sue's future biological super-villain father will be good.

And when it comes right down to it, don't we JUST want a good movie. Details are for whiners.

Yeah, you're all stupid if you think you'll get the "Doom you deserve" at Marvel, the studio notorious for butchering villains at their desecration.
