As if the Awesome Foursome didn't have enough to deal with in the first movie, Cinemablend reckon Krang will also be causing problems for Raph, Leo, Donny and Mikey in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. The sequel is still shooting in New York, and according to the site a scene was recently filmed "involving a number of extras and the character's arrival on Earth through a portal of some sort." Krang actually first debuted in the original animated series back in the '80s but has since gone on to be a mainstay in TMNT canon. He's usually depicted as an uneasy ally of Shredder (Brian Tee), and provides him and his cronies with the alien tech they need to defeat the Turtles.
Krang would join Gary Anthony Williams, Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell, Tyler Perry, Laura Linney and Brian Tee in the sequel to last year's box office smash, which is currently shooting in New York. TMNT 2 (working title "Half-Shell") will be directed by David Green and produced by Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form. The movie hits June 3rd, 2016.
