First Glimpse Of Olivia Munn's 'Psylocke' Hairdo In New X-MEN: APOCALYPSE Set Pics

A new batch of images from the Montreal set of Bryan Singer's latest X-flick have surfaced, and give us a look at the likes of Alexandra Shipp, Olivia Munn, and Michael Fassbender enjoying some downtime. No costumes unfortunately, but Munn's purple Psylocke barnet is on display...

Photographer Melissa Paradis has managed to get some very nice snaps of a few of the cast members of X-Men: Apocalypse in and around the Montreal set of the movie. As you can see they're clearly not gearing up to shoot anything here, but, unlike Alexandra Shipp who's covering her (presumably) white hair with a hat, Olivia Munn's purple-tinted do is on full display as she pets her pooch. Hopefully we'll get some pics of theese guys in costume over the next few days.

Directed by Bryan Singer, X-Men: Apocalypse also stars Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), James McAvoy (Professor X), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Lana Condor (Jubilee), Olivia Munn (Psylocke), Ben Hardy (Archangel), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), with Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), and Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse). The movie will hit theaters on May 27, 2016.

No Woman will portray Storm properly on screen Halle Berry was serviceable but I felt she was lacking in her performance at times where is that Goddess of the Weather whom I've for so long adored that Accent that Body That Hair WHERE ARE YOU MY QUEEN!!!

as for Olivia Munn eh Let's she how she does Hair is on point but it's all about the performance

@RangerStorm44

My only choice for Storm was Angela Basset, instead of a flavor-of-the-month actress like Halle Berry.

Rebecca Romijn was a better Mystique than Jennifer Lawrence!

I hope this is the last X-men movie the character of Mystique plays a large part in for a long time.

I'd say Mystique is one of the most well-developed female characters in cinema right now, especially considering how they handled her within The First Class trilogy.

Suicide squad is fighting Matango aka the mushroom people!

Seriously though, apocalypse set and actors looks perfect for a mall fight against sentinels. Maybe a few sentinels still exist or apocalypse found some to use as a distraction. Would be similar to the xmen cartoon first episode.

Daggggggg, you ain't lyin. smh I didn't even peep the cigarette until after you said that. She's young, so it's always possible she'll quit early. Instant turn off for me too. But she's still fine as wine!

@MrCBM
I disagree. She went from this extremely tough, independent former slave type to being shown that her "slave days" were 3 dudes trying to marry her after life in a mansion and working for the CIA, averting a nuclear war. It's one thing that there were zero nods even to Mystique and Charles knowing each other in the future, but I feel they absolutely ruined the strength she developed in the original trilogy.
It may sound dark but I honestly would have preferred to see a single-film arc where Mystique is on a chain by her neck, trapped in some redneck's backyard who feeds her scraps and beats her because she's a freak. Instead, you have a character like Magneto with a really, truly tough life and integritous ideals who falls for this girl strictly because she's a mutant because why else would he?
If I'm going to be honest, I just believe that Mystique is yet another woman written to represent modern feminism, a notion that women are oppressed and subhuman because they're women. She couldn't just be a character with real problems, she had to have "woman" problems. And that is just bullshit.

I hope Mystique and Magneto are gone after this movie. It's time for other villains to shine.
