Mr. Terrific is coming to Star City. According to EW, Echo Kellum (who'll be most familiar from his main role in TV's Ben And Kate) has joined the cast of the fourth season of the CW's Arrow as the DC superhero, who in the comics an Olympic level athlete, expert martial artist, and is considered to be the third smartest man alive.

He's gone from Michael to Curtis Holt for the show, and here is how EW describes that take on the character: "Holt is a technological savant and inventor who works at Palmer Technologies under the supervision of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards)."

Not a whole lot to go on, but more info. will no doubt be provided in the coming months. Arrow returns Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

I wonder if they are going to make his powers a project Fair Play thing like Justice League Gods and Monsters.

Maybe we'll get Michael Holt on Flash and he could even be played by Alex Desert.

Wendy Mericle revealed at Comic-Con that Felicity would be the one that brings Ray back to normal size, so I bet Curtis Holt works with her on that and then decides to become Mr. Terrific after he finds out about the Atom suit.

Why the name change & still call him Mr. Terrific? Either go with a completely new character (like how Thea Queen is now Speedy), or go with the ACTUAL character... Michael Holt

So....we get another hand-to-hand fighter/martial artist to add to a bunch of hand-to-hand fighter/martial artists. Lovely. After starting out really liking this show, last season left me a little disappointed and I hope it doesn't continue that way.

Here's hoping they handle the character well. I would love to see him suit up. I would've cast Aldis Hodge in the role, he's a geek, knows some martial arts, and already played a hacker so he can play smart. Either way I just hope they do the character justice.

Just don't disrespect the character is all I ask. Same goes for Vixen.

I say this because while the flash gets it right Arrow tends to make me angry with how they mess up characters, Brick, Ted Grant and Ra's to name a few.

Flash doesn't do all these abrupt changes to characters all the time. I want to know why he will be Gay all of a sudden, it has to be more than to appeal to the LBGT community, if they wanted a gay character Midnighter would have been perfect and he's one the most badass characters DC has.

Does the fact that they've hired a comedian who has almost primarily worked in comedic film and TV mean this character will be comedic relief?

Will he be portrayed as the stereotypical nerd, in stark contrast to his comic book counterpart?

I LOVED Ben and Kate. Hilarious, underrated and short lived series.

And all this tells me is that Felicity is keeping it Palmer Technologies. I would have thought she'd help Ollie get his old company back.

Will Mr. Terrific just be a male Felicity, though, or will he be an athlete and a martial artist too?

That's disappointing, I really wanted to see the Terry Sloane version, just to see the looks on peoples face when they went with that version. Now onto the real subject it will be great to see what Mr. Terrific brings to the table and hopefully he has a supersuit unlike Ted Grant.

Why would they cast this Puck A$$ loooking guy for Mr. Terrific.

This is why I can't stand Fox and the CW (Though I like the Flash).

The NEVER cast any REAL, STRONG, BLACK MEN for these roles.
They always try to get these Non Threatening Weak @$$ looking Black Men to make the other Star look more dominating.

We need a REAL Black Man that isn't all weak and goofy looking:




I'm not watching this anymore...

The fights are looking a little over choreographed if you ask me. I like the first half of season 3. The last half was just awful.
