The STAR WARS one does kinda suck. It's very bland and it looks fan made, but the bad kinda way. I mean compared to the prequel ones, A Phantom Menace poster was WAY BETTER!

I expect the star wars poster to be an early teaser version, with a full poster featuring all the characters released when the movie hits.

That Star Wars poster has to be part of a larger image...the composition is all wrong.

Disney is over here releasing mediocre posters when they should be releasing the Captain America Civil War reel from D23 instead!!

Again-- The SW poster is NOT the official theatrical poster. It's something that was done by Struzan exclusively for D23. The theatrical poster is coming in a couple of months.

I dont think anyone is noticing why the Star Wars poster is made the way it is.

Notice how in the Star Wars poster there are very specific characters. The only original character being Solo.

The three other characters are that of Kylo Ren, Finn, and Rey. I believe they were choosen for a very specific reason.

They are all Solo's children!!!!

In the comics (which are canon) we meet Sana Solo. This would be the mother of Finn. Givin how both parents seem to be skilled individuals it wouldnt be ridiculous to think their offspring would have the potential to be a jedi as the poster seems to indicate.

Kylo Ren and Rey are twins. These two would be the children of Leia and Han. Both with the potenial to be Jedi as well.

The reason the three newcomers are positioned the way they are in the poster would suggest that Rey will have a struggle to choose the dark or the light side of the force in which she has a brother on either side.

Or she is like her father and does not have the ability to wield the force and has to watch as her family goes at it.

Cool to see Star Wars going with the old school style poster and not the over photshoped crap we usually get nowadays

Anyone notice there's a light side with Boyega and a dark side with Driver, and then the chick is squarely in the middle with darkened eyes? Secrets in the poster.

Up near her head she's on the light side out in Tattoine, but at her feet she's in the dark side standing on an imperial ship's deck.
