In Summer 2014, the world’s most revered monster is reborn as Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures unleash the epic action adventure “Godzilla.” From visionary new director Gareth Edwards (“Monsters”) comes a powerful story of human courage and reconciliation in the face of titanic forces of nature, when the awe-inspiring Godzilla rises to restore balance as humanity stands defenseless.

Gareth Edwards directs “Godzilla,” which stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (“Kick-Ass”), Oscar® nominee Ken Watanabe (“The Last Samurai,” “Inception”), Elizabeth Olsen (“Martha Marcy May Marlene”), Oscar® winner Juliette Binoche (“The English Patient,” “Cosmopolis”), and Sally Hawkins (“Blue Jasmine”), with Oscar® nominee David Strathairn (“Good Night, and Good Luck.,” “The Bourne Legacy”) and Bryan Cranston (“Argo,” TV’s “Breaking Bad”).

The movie may have had a lot of flaws and was dissapointing...but the way Big G looked was not one of the dissapointments.

I think he turned out fantastic. Glad they didnt use some of these designs.

IN the end they went with something that was VERY respectful of the original Godzilla. I liked it.

I never understood all the hate on Godzilla 2000. That's one of my favorite films of the series, and I personally think the suit is fantastic. When the car comes through the tunnel and shines the headlights on him, and there's that close-up on his face, it's legit scary as hell.

They have toys to sell Gus. You make Zilla look like him and it's automatically rated R.

“The problem is it just isn’t Godzilla. We had to be really hard on ourselves to avoid creating something cool that wasn’t Godzilla.”

Singer... Fox... are you listening?

I can't help but look at the last one and think of the "French Polynesian water iguana" line from the Honest Trailer for the '98 movie.
