This past evening in Detroit, Michigan, scenes were being filmed for Zack Snyder's highly-anticipated comic book movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It involved Gotham City Police Department cruisers pulling up to the mansion that is rumored to be Wayne Manor. Someone witnessing the action came across the trailers for the actors. They were labeled, "Lois," "Alfred," and "Chuck." Who is playing 'Chuck?' It might be the mysterious role that 300: Rise of an Empire star Callan Mulvey landed. If he is or if he isn't, that still leaves the question: who is Chuck?

BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE - Zack Snyder will direct. It's written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. The film stars: Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent and Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne. The cast also includes: Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Ma Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince. Will arrive in theaters March 25th, 2016.

If that is Wayne Manor (pre-CG) it's interesting that it's going to be left to ruin, probably because of Bruce's negligence.

I don't really think it could be Wayne Manor. Maybe it's Lex' home, childhood, or the house of another villain, minor or major.

It's called Wayne Manor, not Wayne shaggy house with wire fences. It's probably an original location.

I don't think it's Bruce Wayne's house. Because I don't think the police would be able to drive in front of the house. Because rich people have gated fences to their home. Plus in the past we have even seen Bruce Wayne's estate being described as a fortress. With huge bunker walls to protect him.

If anything this home looks like one you would find in Crime Alley. I would also not be surprised if it's Leslie Thompkins house too.

It's Detroit PD, just now getting back to Bruce about his parents' deaths.

"Mr. Wayne. We wanted to let you know that your parents have been killed."

"Um, dude? I was there. I saw it happen, when I was ten!"

"Really? Would you care to sit down with a sketch artist?"

Oh my god, I just had the coolest thought. What if the Batman we are given is set in a world with tones similar to True Detective and Gone Baby Gone? This scene might show some psychopath (Like a crazy disturbed Joker) holding up a bunch of children.

This could explain his views against an alien being like Superman, who has been so absent from the suffering of the world. Bruce has constantly been struggling to help his city, and all of a sudden this guy with incredible power -who could do what Batman has been trying to do in just weeks- reveals himself, creates a mess and doesn't truly feel the gravity and responsibility of his power.

I think Batman will see Superman as a child who is incredibly naive and reckless about how to use his power.

The Metropolis incident might be the catalyst for triggering mass economic instability and increases in crime rates, undoing all the work Bruce has done over the years in Gotham further propelling some sort of dislike towards Supes.

We were shown a highly stylistic adventure type film in Man of Steel, I like to think we're going to get a very dark and personal styled story this time.

God I'm so freaking excited.

This is looking good.
I don't think that that is supposed to be Wayne Manor, though.
If it is where Bruce lives, then I think it is a house on the Wayne estate. That could explain why the street sign says "Alfred". Maybe Alfred's house is elsewhere on the estate. Maybe there is even a house for Jack Drake.
I'm pretty sure that I heard somewhere that Bruce would not be living in Wayne Manor and it sounded true.
Who knows, maybe Wayne Manor is an orphanage as a nod to The Dark Knight Rises. Or maybe Wayne just can't bring himself to live there, due to the amount of memories.
It's certainly not Alfred's house, anyway. Not in the state it's in.

If Lois is there she might think she found out who batman is but you know Bruce will have something up his sleeve. I hope that is not Wayne Manyor.
