Every X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Deleted Scene; Weapon X Teased

Over six-minutes of deleted scenes from Fox's X-Men: Days of Future Past. Some of these were already released but there are some we haven't seen yet. Like an alternate scene involving William Stryker recovering Wolverine's body from the river.

Man they should've kept that alternate ending featuring Logan being captured by Stryker. However, the original way it played out in the theaters does leave us all questioning which route they'll go next.

I still think X2 is better. Making Mystique a focal point in this trilogy just makes little sense outside of J-Law being famous.

Don't know whether to get this bluray or wait for the rogue version

If they placed the real Stryker getting Logan before waking up in the future, it would have helped deliver the message Kinsberg is saying recently regarding new continuity: everyone can possibly still kinda end up the same way, but we can change a few things along the way. Logan is somewhat "destined" to be part of Weapon X, but ends in a better place than the dystopian future of 2023 in the new timeline.

god those scene "breaks" are annoying as all hell. just let them play all the way through... they are one continuous shot for cripes sakes!

So that new Stryker scene was actually Stryker? Not Mystique?

I have to disagree with most people on this site. I think this is one of the best X-Men movies us fans have been given and one of the best Comic book movies ever made-at least until X-Men apocalypse comes out. I was skeptical about this movie like most of you guys were; when it was first in production, because quite frankly; (I didn't get why so many people liked First Class). Nothing didn't really stand out for me in that film, except for Micheal Fassbender's portrayal of magneto-which was one of the best decision's Fox has every made in casting for Marvel. But anyway, after seeing Iron-man 3, Thor 2, and Captain America The Winter Soldier and not being impressed by neither of them; I had thought that my love for comic book movies was starting to dissolve away, until I saw this movie. That's how good I thought it was!! I mean it has everything a comic book movie is suppose to have, such as: a great cast, good dialogue (at-least most of the time), a good blend between comedy and drama, and a direct theme that people can relate too. I mean there's not much you can really ask for from this film and yet people are still not pleased. So they didn't get their blue and yellow costumes this time around, so what!! Its not like they wont have them for the 80's team.

Also it is the only movie I like Jennifer Lawrence in, and no its not only because she's blue and naked; but I actually cared for Mystique and rooted for her.

@ManCalledSting Don't place your prejudices onto us. At no point did anyone bring up Marvel.

Meh... Nothing too exciting here. I just want to see the Rouge bit that was cut from the movie.

Everything else is just red noise, but I also heard that their was some Blink and more future scenes that were cut from the movie.

OmegaDaGod Good point. A comic book movie can be good but still bad at the same time. As a movie, I liked DofP alot, but as a reader of the comics, I think it was a bad representation of the X-Men, as all other movies before it. And Raven beeing the one capturing Logan doesnt make any sense if they wanna give him his metall claws in the future. Having Stryker capturing him and creating a new WeaponX program would be much better forcthe future, as in giving Logan a "Yellow spandex". And hey, Deadpool anyone?

@ChowdaHead see the thing with me is that I'm not that into the X-Men comic book lore as most of the people critiquing this film; so as a movie viewer looking at First Class introduce this new world of X-men, and then to see that world expanded in DOFP was just more fulfilling. Being a fan of the first X-men film and X-Men 2; it just felt like X-men was getting back to its roots, especially with Singer at the helm, while having a new tone as well. I get it, I really do. I understand why the fan boys love First Class so much, but I'm guessing that most of the people that are saying the same thing I am saying, which is that "X-Men DOFP is the best CBM of the year," are basically like me; which are (film buffs and slight comic book fans). So maybe you shouldn't be so harsh about the opinions of others, because not everyone is so aware of the lore, but that's another thing as well. Considering studios never really adapt comic book characters and story lines truly faithful to the source material (unless its a graphic novel), but even those aren't adapted faithfully to the source material either, because the studios want to add a distinct variation between the Cinematic world and the comic book world so that the characters are not completely constricted by source material. So you also have to understand why people have adjusted themselves to the cinematic lore more than the comic book lore.

@Reasonnnn

First Class was made before people even knew who Jennifer Lawrence was! - and it was obvious they had always planned to give Mystique a bigger role. So I don't buy the argument that "it's only because of Jennifer's fame that Mystique is a central character" - nope, that's bull.

I haven't even seen DOFP yet.

They put it up online early to buy, but you can't even rent it(much cheaper) until the day it's released on DVD/Blu-ray. Talk about a tease!

Thankfully, it will finally be available to rent online this Tuesday.

@0mega

You gotta wonder who these people were blaming during the original trilogy.

They need to do somekind of new moves with X-Men movies IMO. Dumn Magneto, Xavier and the big picture stories. Do something with smaller group of mutants or co-op stories. Isolate other mutants also, not just Wolverine.
