I've driven past this set a dozen times now. It's a shame they are going to tear all of the face-lifted stuff done after. Downtown Rose Hill ain't the prettiest.

More than any other CBM aside from CA:TFA, I haven't been so excited for a CBM like I am for Iron Man 3, and it's all because of one reason: Shane Black. I've been a fan of his as a screenwriter since he exploded with the first Lethal Weapon. If anybody can give us a story worthy of a final Iron Man fick, it's him.

Color me psyched.
