Fifth Clip From THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS, Part 1

Warner Bros. has released a brand new clip from Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1, which features Bruce's long-time companion, Alfred, giving him a massage. That isn't a joke.

The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 Will Be Available September 25th On DVD & Blu-Ray

It's been a decade since Bruce Wayne hung up his cape, following most of the other superheroes who had been forced into retirement. Facing the downside of middle age, a restless Bruce Wayne pacifies his frustration with race cars and liquor – but the bat still beckons as he watches his city fall prey to gangs of barbaric criminals known as The Mutants.

The return of Harvey Dent as Two-Face finally prompts Wayne to once again don the Dark Knight’s cowl, and his dramatic capture of the villain returns him to crime-fighting – simultaneously making him the target of law enforcement and the new hope for a desolate Gotham City. Particularly inspired is a teenage girl named Carrie, who adopts the persona of Robin and ultimately saves Batman from a brutal attack by the Mutant leader. Armed with a new sidekick, and re-energized with a definitive purpose, the Dark Knight returns to protect Gotham from foes new...and old.

This is news for people who don't know how to use the internet or think they're doing Time Warner some huge moral favour despite the billions they make every year in increasing profits.

Lol @clip

THIS is the Alfred I know and love. Not the quitter and weeper from TDKR. I mean, what happened? Caine was perfect till TDK and then suddenly...

But I digress, this looks good.

Just watched this. I just couldn't wait lol Gotta say probably second best DC animated film behind Red Hood, but damn if it didn't have the best animated fight scene I have EVER seen! Absolutely grueling!! Loved it! Definitely buying this!!

Awesome movie, that's how an live action film should be : dark, realistic but with fantasy elements. This batman was more frightening towards the bad guys than any other representaion of him in other animated feature. As good as "red hood" if not better.

I couldn't resist the temptation of downloading it, because I knew I wouldn't be able to buy it very soon. It's FANTASTIC. Such a great film, brutally violent too. I must buy the Blu Ray or DVD some time in the near future.

I downloaded it and it was amazing. I will buy the blu-ray now for sure, not something I usually do after watching it pirated but this was one of the best animated batmans I have ever seen. It reminded me of vintage 90's animation. Hand drawn animation seems to give more life to the characters.
