TRANSFORMERS 4 Set Videos: Optimus Prime Dodging Explosions; Argosy Freightliner In Action

Yesterday, Optimus Prime was spotted on M-52 south of Adrian, Michigan. He was dodging a barrage of explosions for Michael Boom Boom Bay's Transformers 4. And the newly unveiled 2014 Argosy Freightliner also made an appearance. Hit the jump to check it out.

Starring in "Transformers 4" is Jack Reynor in the starring role of a race car driver. The talented and beautiful Nicola Peltz has been cast in the female lead role of Reynor's girlfriend. Mark Wahlberg has signed on to play Nicola's father Flynn Vincent. Sophia Myles will play a major role as a scientist. Peter Cullen returns as the voice of Optimus Prime, and Glenn Morshower reprises his role as General Morshower. Kelsey Grammer was recently cast as the lead villain named "Harold Attinger". Directors Guild of America DGA Award winner Michael Bay will return to direct his fourth installment of the film series from a screenplay written by Ehren Kruger.


TRANSFORMERS 4 will be directed by Michael Bay, from a script written by Ehren Kruger. The cast includes: Mark Wahlberg, Kelsey Grammar, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci and Jack Reynor. Set for release on June 27th, 2014!

You know I just thought of something. What if that's not Optimus. What if its Rodimus after he takes over for Optimus. The smoke stacks have Rodimus design. What if the film starts off with him as Hot Rod. Then something huge happens, death of Optimus maybe, Hot Rod gets the Matrix, then boom, Rodimus Prime. That wouldn't be the first time they boosted the power on a transformer in this franchise.

I don't understand all the haters on here, they all have to say how much they hate these movies and how much they hate Michael Bay over and over and over... Why can't they just say "I'm disappointed in the series and won't be seeing this one too." I happen to enjoy these and am looking forward to this. So here's a big F**k you to all the haters.

All I want, is no more bad Primes. Its been done twice now. Time to move on from that concept, and reviving Megatron. Galvatron should be a separate character, like he is in the IDW comics.

I loved the first film. The action in the second was epic, but I didn't care for the story, and the third I liked the story more, and didn't care for the action as much as the second. I'm a huge Transformer fan. These films could be a lot better though. My sons a much bigger fan. I'm writing my own fan fic version of the War for Cybertron that ties the three films together better. Elements from all three films will be introduced into my story in a way that would make the movies actually better. They should do an animated cgi prequel for the films.

Fricken losers, complain, complain, complain. thats all you do. this sucks, that sucks. his "exhaust pipe should be straight". get a life or stop complaining and enjoy the fricken movies as they are just pure ENTERTAINMENT. that is it nothing more, something to do in our spare time. may you all you complainers suffer from a horrible case of syphilis!
