Alright, Bryan Singer has revealed that he and the cast of his upcoming comic book movie, X-Men: Days of Future Past will be revealing a new specialty cover of Empire magazine - all day, every hour. The Sentinel cover (below) is the first of what will be 25 new Empire covers. Sentinels made their comic book debut in 1965, X-Men #14.
The Sentinels are powerful robots created by Trask industries specifically to hunt down - and if it comes to it, to kill - mutants. That obviously puts them at odds with the X-Men, and in a dark future ruled by the Sentinels Professor Xavier (Patrick Stewart ) and Magneto (Ian McKellen) team up to send Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) back in time to avert their rise. The only problem is that he'll have to convince the younger Professor X (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) to help him.

That better be a laser cannon in the front and not some g*y ass air intake valve-air blower or something stupid like singer would do.

I just wonder how much different the Sentinels will look beyond Mark 1?

I'm hoping they end up looking like the Sentinels in the comics or even X3:

@soberchimera

I don't know how a robot could be made entirely out of plastic, perhaps the body could be but as for all the working parts and wires, it seems beyond the realm of possibility even in a fantasy world.

Judging by the fact there's a "Sentinel (Future) " cover.
You can guarantee that the Sentinels look different.

This one is probably only in it for a brief scene.
Calm down ladies...
