We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be directed by Marc Webb from a script written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Jeff Pinkner and James Vanderbilt. The film will star Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Sally Field as Aunt May, Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson, Paul Giamatti as Rhino, Jamie Foxx is Electro and Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn. The Amazing Spider-Man sequel will swing into theaters May 2, 2014.

What a mess... Blurred feet? Seriously guys? And Spidey just looks thrown up there. Love the marketing, but imo this poster looks terrible.

This picture was taken shortly before the camera man suffered the double indignity of being decapitated by the Goblin and teabagged by Spidey.

So let's show some respect for this dearly departed soul:)

Seeing that reminds of the Green Goblin battle in the Spider-Man movie(2002) tie-in game. Good memories.

apart from some of the gaping plotholes in the first i did really enjoy it, and i recently watched the raimi ones and they are better than i remembered and i still enjoy them, the rhino doesnt bother me too much in this one, i think the 4 minutes are going to be the opening sequence, though im not sure how its gonna go from human chase to mecha rhino in that time, electro seems ok, its the goblin and that hair, it just looks so terrible and i imagine him talking like butters from southpark when he thinks hes a vampire

She just meant like the clothes she would wear on set. Honestly she served nothing to the story. She should have been cut out. Meh

I like the poster. I love the strange angles they've been using for promo pics. Keeps it out of the norm. Movie should be impressive to say the least. And McNyagano and Soto, I hate you guys! Lol.
